This has got to be the worst McDonalds in Alberta…been here several times. Staff is more interested in socializing and fooling around than customer service….meet us management!!

Was supposed to be open at 5am. Tried to get in at 5:30am, doors locked, drive thru open. Went next door, called they said they were open. Went back, doors all still locked up. Called from the doors and they just insisted they were open and wouldn't come open them up. A&W it is, FROM NOW ON!!!!

Mobile preferred breakfast for myself, hubby and toddler. They got our order completely wrong and considering I mobile ordered the food still took an extra ten minutes to be ready once we got there. It was even before 7am so it’s not like it was busy. My husband ordered the burritos and didn’t even get the salsa that’s supposed to come with it. And they completely missed my toddlers meal. The worker serving us was less than friendly and the coffee was even less than subpar. Certainly it what it used to be

If you want fast food don’t come to this location. 23 mins for our order. People ordered after us got their stuff first. We also heard them forget about half our meal. I made a comment to the manager who hand us our food and got a snotty response of we are trying.

For reasons unknown to me. this is the best McDonald's in medicine hat. Otherwise, it's a McDonald's.
The worst food for the human body. Not really sure if it's food. But the coffee is good.
