Normally has been great. But 3 hrs for a pizza is unacceptable. Try explaining that to your kids. Called after 2 hrs, said it's on the way, after 2.5 hrs no pizza. Called and Said it was lost, and an hour for the second order. On-top of the store hanging up on you when you call without answering the phone. Pickup and hanging up immediately. Last order.

Gave us the wrong order, which means someone else got the wrong order, tried to call to tell them and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Got pizza again and asked for extra sauce, got virtually no sauce. Again, tried to call, no answer, this time left a remark and no answer from them again, not the pizza of Medicine Hat as advertised.

I ordered an well done all meat with mushrooms there is mushrooms and it is not well done and there is onions in my pizza I can't have onions so I have to throw this 14 inch pizza out a d starve cause your employees don't care
