the lady working overcharged us on our order which was fine it was a little miscommunication. went back up to the front to sort it out and get the $7 we were overcharged on back and respectfully told them and she was so mad over it she was talking about us while we were sitting there. the guy working was really nice idk his name but he’s been there for a bit i think. thanks for not making me hate my experience as much

Too much butter. It's pouring out of the bag, down my arm onto my clothes. Now I have grease stains on my shirt and pants. Did you scoop grease directly into the bag? Gross!

Overall great experience at Mr Pretzels.Service was quick by the Owner, Samantha. She was very friendly. We had some great conversations while the new cheesy bites were being made. Great atmosphere, service, and the bites were super delicious and fresh.

I love this place. It smells so good when you walk by it in the mall! The cinnamon pretzel bites are my go-to order and they have always been hot and fresh! Totally recommend!
