New York Fries Medicine Hat Mall

I’ve always had a great experience at New York Fries. Their customer service is friendly and quick ,the staff greet you with a smile and make sure your order is just right.
I’ve tried the Double Bacon Cheese and Butter Chicken fries, and both were amazing. The fries are always fresh, crispy, and perfectly cooked. The toppings are generous and full of flavour — you can really taste the quality in every bite.

I also appreciate how clean they keep everything and how they always serve the food piping hot. It’s clear they care about giving customers good food and good service every time.

If you love loaded fries, you should definitely give New York Fries a try , they never disappoint!

Food was fablous and customer service was good

Everything is fabulous here , i tried their butter chicken and veggie fries and this is my favourite spot for fries.

It’s weird this place used to serve fresh fries but the ones I got today were definitely frozen. Maybe they can fool people with the patato skin to give them the look of fresh fries, but it definitely didn’t have the taste and texture. Is the point of this franchise to serve fresh fries?

Awesome food . Will definitely visit it back when we travel. Must try the veg fries with hot sauce and spice. 👍🏻

New York Fries at Medicine Hat Mall has become my go-to spot whenever I'm craving the perfect snack. Their fries are simply out of this world—crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and always served with the perfect amount of cheese and gravy! Whether you're enjoying them with just a sprinkle of salt or loading them up with all their delicious toppings, you can't go wrong.

What really sets this location apart, though, is their incredible service. The staff is always friendly, quick, and genuinely seems to care about ensuring you have the best experience. A big shout out to Harnorr, Darvinder, Armritpal, Danren and Rajbir for always treating us with great respect and friendly conversations. I never have to wait long, and they always serve with a smile, which makes a big difference. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the quality of their fries and the warmth of their customer service.
