Delicious. Got the Kung Pao box hot. Very spicy, but just what I wanted. Very tasty food, good portion size, reasonably priced.

Food was disappointing. Service was o.k. Small stark dim dinning area next to the washroom. However, red plastic chair had a comfortable back.

Absolutely furious with Noodle Box. I ordered a Pad Thai and Tempura Chicken Bites for my pregnant girlfriend, and what we got was completely RAW chicken — pink, slimy, and unsafe. She actually took a bite before realizing it was raw. Do you understand how dangerous that is for a pregnant woman? This isn’t just bad food, this is a serious health hazard that could have put her and our baby at risk. On top of that, the noodles were a sticky, clumped-together mess with no sauce, no flavor, and no effort put into them. For over $30, I expected an actual meal, not a hospital visit waiting to happen. The fact this even left your kitchen shows zero quality control, zero care, and zero respect for your customers’ safety. Absolutely unacceptable.

have been going from the beginning, in downtown Victoria in the loction on fisgard, i fell in love with the spicy peanut, but now after going to the Langford location after about a year , i wont be back, see the Google review for why, but never again, good thing downtown Victoria location is still doing it as close to right as it was before.

I ordered the Noodle Box Beef & Broccoli kids’ meal and was really disappointed. The beef was extremely tough and lacked any real flavor. Overall, it was one of the worst beef dishes I’ve had—bland and unenjoyable.

I can’t understand the glowing reviews of Noodlebox and I suggest that there are some fake reviews for this spot. It is definitely rated suspiciously high.

We had the spicy peanut noodle box, which I took home and had to squeeze an entire lime on it, because it tasted so flat. The ‘crispy chicken’ in it was odd and not crispy and there was very few vegetables in it other than bean sprouts. The tempura chicken bites were like bad, tiny, odd chicken nuggets.

My wife had the honey garlic box and the rice noodles were not cooked properly and were so chewy that she threw them out. The food is mid level at best and the seating is extremely limited. One review said ‘it was nice that they had a washroom,’ is that the best you can say about a restaurant?! Some of the other reviews are so glowing that it doesn’t make sense.

I appreciate the selection, the fast wok cooking and ethnic cuisine, but I would definitely not go back and my wife was very unhappy. I also rarely leave bad reviews (I have 1 other in 237 reviews).

This was great, the food was wonderful. I thought it just opened but it’s been in the community for 2 years, will definitely be going back .They have a great deal on Tuesday.

Noodle box Grandview shops was horrible. Soupy and didn’t seem to have to right flavours and paid so much extra for six small pieces of chicken. My daughter had a beef and broccoli kids box, we asked for no Asian veggies. It came with zucchini or cucumber noodles all tossed in, and again hers was soupy, and had 7 pieces of beef and 2 small pcs of broccoli. Not returning. Generally very flexible and happy with what we get. This sucked!

The box was all noodles. There was two pieces of broccoli in the whole thing and three carrots very disappointed.
