If I could rate it less than 1 star I would. About 15 minutes ago they served us undercooked, pink chicken. My husband took it back and the lady working had horrible attitude and wouldn't do anything until my husband started ripping it up to show her how the majority of it was pink. She then put it back on the grill for about 30 seconds and gave it back. Will never be wasting our money here again

Unless you can be there in person, don't count on Opa in Medicine Hat.I ordered delivery and didn't recieve any notification that my order wasn't going to be completed to the specified request. When my order arrived, it was missing the ingredient I enjoyed most. I don't like paying full price and not receiving the entire order. I would of much rather been given a refund and found somewhere else to eat/chosen something else, rather than recieve this food only partially made with a note written on the packaging that they are sorry.Also, in the past I've always recieved a large 710ml bottle of pop when I order. However the one I got today was 500ml, yet was the same price as before. The other bottles of pop I got with this order were still 710ml and were also the same price... So they will charge you for the big bottle and just give you a smaller one it seems.I've learned my lesson. Don't order Opa anymore unless you can be there to watch them make it.

Potatoes are not cooked properly. She warmed them in the microwave. Santorini salad was not made properly. Covered in Greek dressing and missing ingredients. Rice was plain and garnishe with a pea size of carrots instead of made with carrots included. Terrible communication between employees

On January 27th, sizzling wok and Opas employers behaved in a very rude and despotic way with one of their employees. Taking her by the arm and dragging her out of the restaurant during working hours in front of customers. We as Latino consumers do not agree with this behaviour of assault towards their Latino employees.

As a person of colour I am very saddened to witness an assault on January 27th from the employees at Opa and Sizzling Wok who grabbed my Latina friend by the arm. I will longer support a business who does such thing.
I witnessed the owners physically assaulting a young girl who’s a person of colour and pulled her out of the restaurant in front of us customers. Constantly shaming her and yelling at her non stop. I am never going back again and will be letting everyone know about my terrible experience. I will never support opa again.

As a person of colour I am very disappointed that they have physically assaulted my Latino friend who’s also a person of colour who worked there. Grabbing my friend by the arm and pulling her out was very unprofessional and was straight up assault. I will not longer support this business who tries to get away with this!

I had a chicken wrap from them on 2 feb 2023. Just after 30 mins i feel bloated and feel like throwing upThen in the evening it started vomit , fever and upset stomach. I think some ingredient in the wrap was expired which caused me food poisoning.

I ordered Calamari and a Greek Salad with NO peppers. The service was very friendly and fast BUT, this is what I got! The salad chunks are too big, Calamari has no taste. I expected a lot more than what I paid more than $13 for. I know now where NOT to buy in the food court at Medicine Hat Mall ?

I would like to give 5 stars as I do enjoy Opa overall. The food is great, and the service is alright. However, when you close at 6pm, and someone comes to order at 5:50pm, do NOT refuse service. It’s extremely unfortunate and frustrating when it happens, which it did to me. I am very surprised your business would turn away a paying customer in this economy. Will definitely remember this experience and may choose other food establishments to purchase from in the future. Overall, very unimpressed.
