We went thinking steak dinner and while my husband totally enjoyed his steak I had one of the most beautifully prepared pieces of salmon I have ever had. The accompaniments were delicious as well and the wines complimented the meals perfectly.

Very good steak and very kind and prompt service. Portions were great and price was quite reasonable. Food was ready quite quickly and server was attentive but not overbearing. Only minor downside was that the other servers seemed to ask the guests if they were there for a special occasion, most said no. Our server didn't ask, and we happened to be there for our anniversary. If I would have reserved over the phone, or if the reservation site had allowed for this information to be passed on, then it would have been fine.
The table side Cesar was fantastic and the steaks were quite enjoyable. The only downsides for us was the service was very slow and the restaurant was freezing. We will try again on a less busy night!

The food was incredible. The service was a little slow to start but then made up for it by the end of the evening. Great atmosphere for an extra special night out. Can hardly wait till the next time we get to treat ourselves to a special night out here.

Was a great experience; however the hostess tried to seat us at the worst table in entire restaurant - right by the kitchen door and the portable salad table. Not sure why when we were early and there were lots of better tables. Caesar salad as always very delicious! Sable fish nicely cooked. Burger was too well done though so lost a lot of taste. Our server was wonderful! Lots of wine to choose from.

We had a wonderful night. Highly recommend the table side cesear salad. Prime rib was a little rare to be medium rare but we were treated like royalty. The special extra touchs they did for a birthday were amazing.

We got in a little early for our reservation and the maître d, didn't mind that we were there 15 mins early. He seated us immediately. Truly liked that we didn't have to wait. As far as the service and food, what can I say? Service was awesome. We enjoyed the table side Caesar salad. Our server definitely knew what she was doing and she didn't miss a beat in making our salad. The salad itself tasted great. We also liked the little touches that the restaurant provided. Such as the complimentary sparkling apple juice to ring in the New Year and the lemon palate cleansers, right after we had our salads. Truly a great touch. Since the dressing was freshly made. The main course itself was divine. Our steaks cooked to medium rare perfection. The steaks and were so nice and tender. The mashed potatoes were creamy and buttery. We could've had another serving of it. Thank you to everyone at Carver's Steakhouse for a very enjoyable meal.
This was a bust. The meal was cold, they tried to make it right by taking it back but the new meal for all six of us came back tepid at best. This used to be a favourite for our company function and New Year's Eve celebrations with friends. Not anymore. We will not return anytime soon. PS, nothing was done about our experience. Not even a complimentary bottle of wine or a discount to the $500 bill. Nothing.

Linda was an excellent server, the food was fantastic and the prices were comparable to other similar restaurants. Our only "complaint" was the seating was really awkward right near the entrance. We asked to be moved and we were but I would never have seating right where guests are walking in and passing by constantly all evening. Overall, an excellent meal and evening. Thanks, Carver's.
I ordered a bone in ribeye. I order a bone in ribeye every time I go to a top-flight steakhouse because of the marbling which is flavor. However, there should not be more marbling in there is beef. Out of a 14 ounce bone in ribeye I received about 6 ounces of beef. That is an unacceptable ratio. The server was very nice and accommodating, the pricing was reasonable and the flavor of the beef was good. It's just not something the chef should have served

This is our little group's third time at Carvers. We save our visits for special events such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc, The food is excellent. We have one person who has allergies and they are always very careful to advise her about what the chef can do or not do to ensure she doesn't have any reactions. That's very important to us, of course.

We have been going to Carver's for over 20 year's, this time we brought friends after not having been there for a few years. We all loved it! The Caesar salad and the lobster tail an steak was perfect! Service was good.
We were treated very well by the staff, from the greeting until we finished. The food was tasty and overall presentation was good. The price for the service and the meal was very worth while! I would recommend Carvers to anyone....
Wonderful restaurant and the staff are very attentive and happy to help. I felt my steak was a little under cooked but they were quick at sorting this out with no issues. Everything we tried was lovely, gutted that we were too full for dessert.
