They got my whole order wrong and when I called them they refused to admit they made a mistake and over priced me for the wrong food
I ordered online to the trans canada highway location. I love their pizza and way craving late. The had to switch my order to this location.THE SERVICE WAS AWESOME. I was worried that they were closing since google says they close at 10. They reassured me they were open and welcomed me in with smiles. They even sent me home with a free 2 liter pop. No matter how much I said it was okay and was grateful they took my order. They insisted I take the pop with me and even handed to me. Pizza was steaming and Iam happy.
Pizza was burnt and hard. No one speaks English at Maple Ave location. The manager kept giving me the stink eye as he blathered on his cell phone.
Pizza was the worst I think I ever had
If I had the option to rate it -10 I would.
When I got to the place on Maple, the people working, or the owners or their family, were in the front lobby and i asked if they were still open. The girl said yes the three non females said no to go away and come back in 30mins as they were all just about to eat. The lady said it was okay and proceeded to take my order. For a grand total of $65 yup $65 I paid for 2 medium pizzas, 2 topping, one with stuffed crust, 12/14:boneless bites and a dessert cookie. She told me they do not have a pizza wing deal REGARDLESS of the one advertised on the PIZZA HUT website, never-mind the buy one get another for $5. IT WAS AT 10PM when I walked in. Isn't it franchise policy to sell what PIZZA Hut sells? If I was to log in and order and prepay online the cost would have been waaaay lower. Here are pictures of what they expected me to eat
I went to Maple Ave., Pizza Hut had this evening and it is safe to say that I will NEVER be back. I would write 0/5 stars if it were an option…
I was inside the store for 10 or 15 minutes arguing with the employee because I had gotten pizza last week from this location, did my survey on the receipt to get my bogo free offer and my validation code, which states that you cannot use this code online, you have to use it in store.
The employee was adamant that since my order had already been made, a coupon could not be applied. When I stated that I had called the location and this was no problem, he asked what number I called so I showed him on my call logs which number I called. He said that this number was for the other Pizza Hut. He showed me on, a menu that was on the counter inside where it said their correct number and this number that I called was indeed the TransCanada highway location. So I pulled up Google maps and I showed him his address on Google maps asking him ‘Is this the correct address?’ He confirmed that indeed it was, and I then showed him what phone number comes up when you search for this Pizza Hut. It was the phone number that I had called. When I called this phone number, The individual on the phone asked me do I want the TransCanada location or the Maple Avenue location. I stated the Maple Avenue location as that was where I had my coupon code to and I began my order.
I stated at least three times during this order, one of these times being before I even made my order that I had a bogo coupon code from the receipt. The individual who I was speaking to seemed confused with that and passed the phone off to someone else who I yet again relayed all the information to. They said it was no problem, my bogo would be applied when I came into the store to pay.
When I come into the store, this issue described above happened in addition to the same employee telling me to redeem code on the app. When I said that I tried redeeming it on the app first as that was where I wanted to make my order but it wouldn’t work, he said I had to redeem it online. I showed him on the coupon where it states you cannot redeem it online, you have to redeem it in store. He said that I would have to come into the store to redeem this coupon code.
I told him that when I had called the store, they had told me it was no problem to redeem it once I got there after making the order over the phone.
I stated that if I had to pay for full price, it wasn’t a huge deal because it wasn’t exactly an expensive order (I stated this as I was under the impression the order was $32. It was not.), but I still want to be able to use my coupon code because that was the only reason I got pizza tonight.
Employee stated that I could use my coupon next time and I told him that no I can’t because I will not be getting pizza again within the next week and this code expires 14 days after you receive your receipt. He told me that it does not expire so I showed him on my receipt where it states 14 days expiration date. He then stated that when I came into order next, they would give me another coupon code. I said I wanted to use this coupon code as it was the only reason I made an order. He then reiterated everything I said above, arguing with me for another several minutes. In the end of all things, I ended up receiving my free pizza, the free pizza that he initially claimed he could not add onto the order since the order was already made. So I literally had to fight with the employee just to get the coupon that I was entitled to.
When I got home and checked my pizzas, they all looked fine except I paid five extra dollars for one of them to have stuffed crust and none of them have any cheese in the crust at all. So disappointed!!

I ordered a pizza on the app for carryout. The pizza was fine and the taste excellent. I questionned the employee about why this place and the Trans-Canada Way location have such poor reviews, he was completely clueless. Also both Pizza Hut locations in this city are under the same ownership. Personally, go for Papa John's if you want a really good pizza and customer service, Dunmore Rd and Kingsway locations are highly rated.

I love pizza hut so I will continue to order there. But that maple avenue location is the dirtiest pizza hut I've ever been into. They don't clean the windows. The doors.. the debit machines. It's absolutely nasty. It's been like that for years. Please clean it regularly

Don’t get the Alfredo pasta, the sauce tasted like it was watered down. They should change the name on the menu to “water pasta”
Wish I could leave Zero stars. Food was not delivered at all despite their tracker saying it was. Delivery was supposed to be around 1030. Store closes at 10. Pizza never arrived and when I called to inquire no one answered the phone. All I can say is I better get a refund when I call tomorrow.
