Absolutely worst experience i have ever had, started off by ordering through skip, after 35 mins or so got the message from skip that order was complete and to give a review, very confused and worried as i thought itd been dropped off to the wrong place, so i called and young fellow said it was picked up 7 or 8 min before i called to be delivered, 45 min later it arrived cold, pictures of the uncooked pizza with the absolute bare,and i mean bare toppings, pizza was still doughy and for it to be thin it was baaaaaad. $100 wasted and my memories of my favourite pizza sullied and wrecked. Do better pizza hut, do better. The weird ripped off hunk that wasnt reattched just set to the side i thought was weird.

We were traveling through and heading back to BC from Manitoba. Usually we stop at places like this and don't expect much. We came in and they seated us and the place isn't perfect. Again we expected the same of the food. The pizza was the best I ever tasted at pizza hut. It was perfect and then some. Definitely recommend, food was great!

We did the newly opened dine-in option and honestly the staff was amazing! The food was great and it was such a great experience I would absolutely suggest taking your family for a good meal and great service they did amazing! We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Pizza showed up nearly an after estimated delivery time and it wasn't even cooked. The food looked like it was thrown into the box as it was falling apart. When we called to complain we were hung up on and blocked. Terrible food & terrible customer service. Awful experience, won't be back.

To start, the pizza is good. My issue is, when I paid they have a tip option in which I paid 15%. They told me it will take approximately 10 minutes, I replied I’ll be waiting in my truck no more than 20 feet away. To put it in perspective, I was the only customer through this whole process. I was listening to a podcast when I realized it’s been 20 minutes. I got out of my truck and walked in. There was two employees just sitting there, they saw me and grabbed my pizza that was sitting on the counter and handed it to me. Lesson learned, DO NOT tip there, they could have at least walked my pizza to me once it was completed or the very least let me know it was done.

The Internet page told us it was dine in yup it was wrong. As we walked in we saw a little sign that said no dine in. The place was gross looking anyway. The new Canadians are not very clean.

We ordered for pickup the guy on the phone was extremely difficult to understand, there was lots of noises and he didn’t seem to know the menu I almost canceled my order due to communication barriers also he didn’t ask for a phone number or a name. I get that it’s Christmas and it could be busy. Also we called the maple ave phone number to order so we went to maple ave but it was closed so we had to call back to find out where we were supposed to go the guy on the phone was rude about it when we asked like we should’ve know this was the location, but it wasn’t the one we called.
