To start, the pizza is good. My issue is, when I paid they have a tip option in which I paid 15%. They told me it will take approximately 10 minutes, I replied I’ll be waiting in my truck no more than 20 feet away. To put it in perspective, I was the only customer through this whole process. I was listening to a podcast when I realized it’s been 20 minutes. I got out of my truck and walked in. There was two employees just sitting there, they saw me and grabbed my pizza that was sitting on the counter and handed it to me. Lesson learned, DO NOT tip there, they could have at least walked my pizza to me once it was completed or the very least let me know it was done.

The Internet page told us it was dine in yup it was wrong. As we walked in we saw a little sign that said no dine in. The place was gross looking anyway. The new Canadians are not very clean.

We ordered for pickup the guy on the phone was extremely difficult to understand, there was lots of noises and he didn’t seem to know the menu I almost canceled my order due to communication barriers also he didn’t ask for a phone number or a name. I get that it’s Christmas and it could be busy. Also we called the maple ave phone number to order so we went to maple ave but it was closed so we had to call back to find out where we were supposed to go the guy on the phone was rude about it when we asked like we should’ve know this was the location, but it wasn’t the one we called.

Very disappointed in the quality of the food I received. On July 15 at 6:45pm, I ordered using Door Dash, but the quality should be the same as if I were dining in. My order tasted horrible. The crust of my pepperoni melt was rock hard and my Cinnabon melts were burned and also rock hard. The food quality at this location has gone down hill in a short time. I won’t be re-ordering from here again. Waste of my money!

Had a pick up tonight.. I thought I would try it tonight as my family havent had for a long time... very upset as I order a half supreme, half Hawaiian and I mine as well of just ordered a cheese pizza with a very thin crust and the cheese over cooked where it wasnt the gooey cheese I remember. I also ordered garlic parmesan boneless chicken as I loved them before.. I got a bowl with sauce on the bottom and chicken just thrown on top. For 44.00 dollars not worth what I paid as the pizza sure doesnt look like any of the pictures
Waited for ever just for some one to come so I could pay for my pizza. When I got home. There was over cooked barely any toppings very disappointed

I was in town for business and i only had a chance to do takeout. Once I tasted my food, I went back a couple more of times. The pizza was absolutely fantastic. They are baked just right and they place a generous amount of toppings. There is a choice of crust style and an extensive menu. I recommend highly. They even have an online daily special which is fantastic if you are on a budget. Very tasty and very filling with great service and a smile.
