What a horrible birthday experience (for my mom) Made a reservation for 6:30 - table wasn't ready for 15 minutes Finally seated - waited almost 20 minutes for a server to initially talk to us Ordered - it took 35 minutes for the prime rib special (already cooked) and a salad Meal - the lobster salad was nothing shy of horrible. I had three bites and sent it back with no replacement meal offered (nor did I want it). The prime rib that my parents had was cold but good. Service was slow and missing. One staff member was very rude. Our server was okay.
I highly recommend not going here until they figure out how to run a restaurant.

Service was excellent, right out of the gate. The host was polite and seated us promptly, a pitcher of iced water and glasses.
Interesting drink selection, and a variety of appetizers and entree options. Food was incredible, will definitely be back!

Worst seafood fettuccine I've ever had. Had ants crawling on our table. Poutine cheese tasted descusting. Burger was ok and the ice tea. Will never go there again.

Beautiful restaurant, great servers they were very kind, had a great sense of humor. Should have taken a picture of all of our meals as they were beautifully displayed, and tasted so good! Definitely recommend!!

I DO NOT recommend this place. We waited 25 minutes, and didn’t have a single person stop at our table. When we finally just walked out there were 3 staff standing at the counter, and one was for sure a server. Horrible service. I highly suggest you find any where but here to eat.

Let's start off with some Positivity, The waiter was gem helpful, kind, and courteous. Food I always look at the online menus before I go. I obviously looked at all old menu they had up of the RKitchen burger which is what I had in mind.. Disappointment when they didn't have that. They only had Wagu burgers now some people enjoy 4 tsp of fat dripping onto their plate but I do not. I did ask if it was super fatty like Wagu is usually depicted for, and they were honest they never tried it themselves which is great. Garlic Mustard Aoili. didnt taste garlic nor mustard it was like just another fat content like mayonnaise flavor was very underwhelming and the smoked havarti didnt taste anything like smoked havarti (my favorite). Friend ordered the wagu burger portobello mushrooms, it accidentally came to me as it looks exactly the same as the wagu burger I ordered. They need to specify it is a portobello mushroom top which by the way when accidentally bitten into has a slug texture but it ends up not being able to be bitten off of because it is not crisp enough. My son got the steak sandwich he says it is bigger than the silver buckles but they have a great price point.. He orderer medium rare and it came out medium but he liked it either way just a bit tough. Deserts again My was perfect what a unique presentation of cigar and ash with a shot of kahlau... My friends cheese cake (plain) doesn't say options and when they say it is black cherry awesome.. comes out it is a thin sauce on the bottom cheese cake put on top with a small macaroon. come on for the price point put some real fruit ontop of the cheese cake.. We went for the buffet and that is what brought the RKitchen to the front of our minds to try a burger. Sorry that did not capture us and you need to supply wet naps when eating them

We went there Sunday 1 hour before they closed. Group of 5. The service was outstanding. Food portions large. Our waiter was absolutely fantastic with us. Truly the highlight of our trip. We ended up leaving 30 past close time but did not feel rushed out or that they were unhappy that we were still there. Our waiter had a 6th sense on when to approach the table and when to hang back. Wish I had his name because his service was outstanding. Usually restaurants inside hotels are not great but this is a 5 star for sure. And the cigar and ash dessert is a spectacle to behold for sure. Thank you R kitchen. We will definitely be back next time.
Their room service food is delicious!!! I had the calamari and chicken cesar salad.

Service was slow for our party. They ran out of 20 0z glasses for beer. My steak was ordered MR came out MW WD (MR=mid rare MW= mid well WD= well done). Appetizers were good crab dip was amazing.
