We were visiting our son for Christmas I made reservations for the 23rd for your festive dinner! The dinner was one of the best we have had in a long time. Between the crab cakes and beef tenderloin and awesome dessert we were blown away. Kudos to the chef and kitchen staff . The atmosphere is quiet and rustic . We quite enjoyed ourselves. Thank you . My husband and I ate at Rustic last night. It was the best restaurant meal we've had for many many years. I had the chef's special which followed a corn theme (appy, main & dessert all had corn as an ingredient). Unusual, creative, and all very yummy. My husband had the beef duo. He's not easily impressed. He was impressed. We will definitely return when we want a special meal. Our only complaint was the restaurant was pretty loud even though it wasn't...
Rustic Kitchen is outstanding. I dined there about 4 months ago (I am still thinking about the food!) John is a top notch waiter. Probably one of the best waiters ever. The food was probably the best food in Medicine Hat. I had the duo beef and the short ribs were juicy and perfect. We will be back in the future!
