I love the food at this location, otherwise I would NEVER go there again. This place does not know or care about customer service. They ALWAYS treat you like you are just money. They are rude and dismissive.
They also consistently make too little food to serve customers and many times I have had to stand and wait while they make more. They also try to shut down and stop making food over an hour before closing.
They are also very stingy on their portions, going so far as to WEIGH the food! Kung Pao Wok in Lethbridge fills your container so full you can almost not close the contaiand there was no sign of any scale.
Their ONLY saving grace is that usually the food is good. It's too bad a place with such potential to be the best, settles for being one of the worst.

Extremely rude service. I was given a coupon to redeem a free regular combo (rice or noodles, plus TWO items & ONE POP) the two Chinese ladies were so rude when I showed them the coupon speaking to each other in their language & argued with me that they only can give me 1 item. She also argued with me that I couldnāt have the free pop. So I didnāt get what the coupon said I could have. I then made another order, this one I obviously paid for, and when I asked for a small bag, she yelled at me saying āthis is the only bag we haveā. Maybe next time instead of being so cheap with upping the price & lowering the food quantity & treating customers like they are doing you a favour. Giving coupons, then not serving what your company says it has to offer, then maybe you shouldnāt be in business.
Love this place. Wish they had fortune cookies since it's part of the fun of eating Chinese food but the food is good and the service is great. Thanks guys.
