Great Starbucks, awesome staff, except for the guy barista. Very unfriendly, grumpy, he’s in the wrong line of work.

It’s a very quiet atmosphere inside, great for studying or working online. But Tamra at the till was very rude. There were 3 customers inside, including myself and my friend. I was the only person in line and she was acting as though she had a line out the door. I can appreciate being fast, but she was rude and treated me as though I was stupid for not seeing the scanner, which she didn’t point out. I usually take drive-thru which is why I missed the scanner. I’ve never had such an awkward and rude experience in a coffee shop before.

This location provided the FASTEST mobile order I’ve ever experienced. I hit the button as I exited my car and it was ready by the time I walked in. Exceptional service, thank you to the baristas!

I was going to buy a coffee and then son told me that he was denied access to a washroom. I'm not going to buy overpriced coffee if my son can't even use the washroom without having to buy something.

Didn't ask if I was collecting stars and said it was too late when I asked to be scanned. Gave me full ice when I asked for no ice. Wasn't 100% sure how to deal with my cash.
