“We placed a large group order for our sports team, and the order was prepared fresh and ready for pick up when we got there. Everything in the order was correct. The restaurant was clean, and the gentlemen serving us even brought the bags to my car. Excellent customer service and food quality“
“The staff here are awesome and the best sandwich I've ever had from anywhere was made by them. I appreciated their lighthearted attitudes and jokes they told while assembling my order. Instead of being frustrated or judging me for being specific about how I like my food, they offered options that I didn't know were available (like double toasting) and went above and beyond to ensure my sandwich was *exactly* how I would enjoy it. The staff were respectful of customers and each other and they worked together well. The restaurant was also very clean.
This is, by far, the best Subway I have experienced in Alberta. They really seem to care about providing positive experiences to customers and truly understand that one of the draws of Subway is the customization options.
This property could improve its accessibility, like with a powered door and convenient curb cut. However, as a disabled person, at no point did I feel the staff were unwelcoming or treating me any differently than they treated my able-bodied companions. As well, the app is a huge pain and it would be really nice if their pricing didn't make coupons and app deals so vital (which isn't unique to this location.)“
“I went to Subway today and i was confused, kept changing my mind, and didn’t even know what exactly I wanted.
But Karan, the employee there, handled everything with so much patience and respect.
He didn’t get annoyed he just smiled, helped me step-by-step, and made sure I got exactly what I would enjoy.
And trust me… the Canadian club sandwich he made was perfect.
Fresh, balanced, and honestly one of the best I’ve ever had.

“Hadn't been to Subway in years, but was pleasantly surprised with the updated menu. Ordered the footlong Cubano combo with drink and cookies from the drive through. Service was fast and friendly. Total was just under $19 but compared to other fast food options in this area and what you get, I thought it was fairly reasonable. The cookies have always been kind of subpar, but the sandwich more than made up for it. Will definitely give Subway another try.“
“When I get uber eats from this location in the mall, it is way better quality than the one on southview. Perfect sandwiches, they dont forget the paid for extra cheese, and I like that they staple the bag. When you're not well enough to go get food or cook yourself, it's really nice to have a reliable restaurant to get something tasty and fresh.“
