This is probably the 4th time I’ve gotten food poisoning from this subway, would not recommend eating here unless you enjoy running to the bathroom with your cheeks clenched.

This place stole $35 from me in new years eve. Really dumb staff. Never made the food or delivered anything but where happy to screw me out of my money, then refused to do anything about it. Eat at ANY other subway or food court restaurant.

I placed an order thru pickup and requested without bell peppers but they still put it, requested for more banana peppers and more onions but I feel like it’s just the regular portion. I’ve ordered the same thing before and it was not like this. Service was great though. The staff immediately stop what he’s doing and entertained me when I approached him.

When I get uber eats from this location in the mall, it is way better quality than the one on southview. Perfect sandwiches, they dont forget the paid for extra cheese, and I like that they staple the bag. When you're not well enough to go get food or cook yourself, it's really nice to have a reliable restaurant to get something tasty and fresh.

The workers were extremely slow during a rush. Like they had no cares in the world. SLOTH slow. Could barely hear them as they mumbled and they didn't seem to know how to finish the transaction.

I ordered a Sub as a salad today. I got a handful of lettuce, 3 tomato slices, 4 little pieces of pepper, 1/4 of chicken, a tablespoon of cheese and one of olives. It was more of a side salad than a lunch salad. I paid over 10.00 for this. I will not be going back to this Subway location.
I bought a veggie patty foot long and it was awesome. One of the sandwich artist poojan helped me with my order. Very kind and generous.

I always have a salad. I always have to ask for the following to be done. HOWEVER, at this location when I visited during the busy Saturday lunch rush, not only was I super impressed, I didn't feel like what I wanted was an 'extra ask'.WITHOUT ASKING, the gentleman cut my meat, cut the tomatoes, cut the cucumbers, and was pleasant! Might not seem like a big deal, but when you are trying to eat a salad, with a paper cardboard fork (I had to use 3), bite sized veggies are important so you aren't shoving whole sauced-up veggies into your food hole. Felt great to not be treated like a hassle.
