It's a Subway. Staff was friendly, the modern fountain machine nozzle was gummed up or not on straight as every pop choice sprayed out in multiple directions. Nothing reached the user but did get all over hands and the outside of the cup. Sandwiches were fine. Thank you for having plain water cups available.

The service is always good there but they are so cheap on the ingredients. It has been like this for a while now. I ordered a Great Canadian and practically got 1 layer of meat. Goto Southview Drive they haven't started this yet and still give good portions. Who ever bought the Medicine Hat Subway chain really needs to go back to Subway school. Again the staff are very polite.

Basic subway. Staff person didn't know what tuna was, when I was asking if they had a sub including it. Very minimal amount of veggies added to my vegetarian sub- I had to ask for more.

Avi and the staff were great. The app screwed up and charged us for our subs but the order did not go through. He honoured the charge and made our sandwiches anyways!! Food is always good!!
