We use this location the most as they are typically terrific. Today, however, we placed a large order for an group lunch. We were told they are out of mustard? Literally everyone wanted mustard! There is a Wallmart across the parking lot that has alot of mustard. When I called to ask about this, I was told because the supplier did not send it, they don't have any? They are so focused on customer service, yet They would rather make the customer suffer instead of simply grabbing some relatively inexpensive mustard? This is pretty dumb in my personal opinion and shows a complete disregard for customer service? I guess we will go back to the other location that has mustard.

Dined here June 11, 2023 early afternoon. The entire store was immaculate. I've never seen such a clean Subway and it being my fave place to eat, I visit many locations. The staff were great, the food was great and looked fresh. Excellent experience!

This place has really gone downhill. The service and quality is awful. You get 3 slices of meat or else you’re charged extra and just told by employees that “there’s a shortage”. If your going to start charging moreFor subs then at LEAST provide the same quality as before you took it over from the previous owners.

Another pretty good Subway experience. The bathrooms and interior of the restaurant have a slightly alarming number of flies though. Obviously bugs in the summer are inevitable but this location had more flies in it the two times I've been than any other business in the area at any time.The food here was fine, and staff were nice, and the location is great - right off the highway while passing through the city. Just wish the bug problem gets taken care of.
Sends me coupons in the mail, that can only be redeemed online-You’d think having the real life coupon, would make more sense being able to redeem in real life

The food was fresh but the service was absolutely horrible. They have absolutely no people skills whatsoever.. The owner should address this before he loses more business. It was comparable to walking into a funeral home as far as the sadness and demeanor. It felt as though I was forcing them or obligating them to serve me. No sense of client service whatsoever.

You guys baked an old dirty onion into a cookie that was given to me. I've worked at a Sub Way before, and the only way that could ever happen is if you aren't washing dishes properly, if at all.Disgusting, and it smelled like old tuna. The cookie sheets should never come into contact with vegetables under proper cleaning.
