I’ve come to this location a lot and normally have no issues with service. Its a go to for me when I’m on a 30 minute lunch break and easy to access since I also work in the mall but the last couple of times I’ve been here I’ve been met with rude behaviour from some of the newer staff members. I have a tomato allergy and I’m currently pregnant unfortunately leading to me being unable to stomach the smell or taste of beans and corn among other things which sucks because I love their bean and corn el cruncho.
On a lunch break today with my boyfriend I asked for them to substitute the bean and corn mix with rice and remove the salsa and the girl rolled her eyes, sighed, then snarkily asked if that’s what I wanted. As she was preparing the order she stormed off to grab other parts of my order and threw down the mexi fries onto my tray. The food is great and I understand the frustration on changing a certain aspect of your menu items but why are you throwing a fit over something small and making me feel bad over 1) being pregnant and having cravings and 2) having an allergy to tomatoes?

The food ingredients were fresh and tasty with courteous staff. Very tasty. Not like the very low quality food I usually get at Regina east location.
Excellent service, as I’ve come to expect at this location. The assistant manager, Helen, helped me this time and was efficient. The food was delicious! I get a beef burrito with sour cream (used to be a soft super/super beef burrito) and an apple empanada. So glad those desserts are back! I hope they stick around. The mall was busy, but the Taco Time staff handled the lines like pros.

Service was amazing, Adi was very personable. As this is in our food court we dont come to expect much from venders and the atmosphere is what you would expect though it could be much worse and thats not the fault of the staff at taco time. As for the food, it was hot and filling.
