Fantastic experience
I am extremely disappointed with this location. My daughters and my wrap were missing the chicken that we ordered with our meals.
I ordered the new jalapeño popper sandwich from the Strachan location through Skip. I had paid for the extra protein on it.
This is what I received. There was no protein at all. You can see from the picture that it’s nothing like it’s supposed to be. It was so stale that I couldn’t actually eat it. I rarely ever leave reviews…..but I was so disappointed in this. Unfortunately the manager wasn’t in when I phone to let them know about the quality. I hope this was just an off day for them because I’ve never ordered their sandwiches before and this is not a good first time experience. I’m very disappointed because I was extremely excited for this concept for a sandwich
First time going and customer service was horrendous felt nothing but attitude the whole time. Will definitely never be going back and suggest the same to people who look for good customer service
Very great experience. I usually don't leave reviews at convenient food places, but the customer service and staff were so nice, friendly and welcoming. I run a bar and know how rare it is to find great staff. Would definitely be back just for the good vibes!

We pre-ordered online and it was ready to go when we arrived - great healthy options while on a road trip. Manager even came over to check if everything was okay. Great little stop!
