The food was great. We felt a bit rushed. We were asked what we'd like for a drink literally seconds after we were seated. Our server, while nice and attentive, came to the table too frequently. Not complaining, it just wasn't a very relaxed experience. But all in all, it was ok. The bone marrow appetizer is highly recommended.

Food was good. Catering was BAD!. I brought my wife and 2 children to celebrate an amazing milestone.. NOT child friendly.. they have menus for kids, and booster seats.. but they placed us in a HIGH volume traffic area when it was not busy yet.. The ' poor catering' part was putting us in the bussiest foot traffic area near the kitchen. As my child began to cry, I had many people starring at us uncomfortably Because we were placed in a high traffic area. We had an order that was wrong that they fixed which was great...BUT We had to take our food to go from feeling uncomfortable in the area placed, being stared at by people in the quiet area. $150 tip included... definitely Not coming here with my family...

What a HUGE disappointment. Even though I was only one of only 2 dinner parties on Oscar night, I think the chef was off... I ordered scallops and bacon and they had no flavour. They come with a sweet, processed sauce but that didn't help the dryness of the scallops. I mentioned it to the server and she said some people don't like them being too seasoned... hmmm, how about maybe them taste delicious? Caesar salad was okay though slathered in too much dressing for my liking. The Keg Classic of Prime Rib came medium as ordered. I poured the au jou on it and maybe that's why it was over salty? I couldn't finish it and fed it to my dog. I was asked if I had any allergies and I mentioned that I could only eat cruciferous vegetables fully cooked. The broccoli came crunchy; again, the dog benefited. A 6 oz glass of house red was terrible and I left over half. Bread was good though I sure missed just simple butter. All of this while listening to the two music stations competing from the lounge and restaurant. I was thinking when I was more optimistic ordering that I would get a GC for my uncle and another for my neighbours but after that disappointing experience I wouldn't gift that to anyone. I had been at a Keg in Lethbridge a year earlier and it was great. Medicine Hat has lots of work to do. My dinner at A&W the night before was 10x better.

We went there for the first time last night and was totally disappointed. The service was slow, the server was iffy, the food was awful!!!! The steaks should have been made into shoe leather or ground into hamburger. Very disappointed. Last time we will go there. But when we complained about the steak the bar manager came over and talked to us, and they did discount a bit off the bill.

Don’t get the lobster bisque unless you want chronic diarrhea and vomiting so bad you have to go to the hospital to get IV fluids and medication.

I love their food, the blacken chicken melts in your mouth, amazing chocolate cake.. but I do I get the worst waitress… twice and she was the same one who served me last couple times. First time, she forgot to ask me for the bread- which I didn’t get- thought myself that it was discontinued, but other table was getting the bread except for us, I ordered a house wine- which I did not really keen on, so I had a couple sips- she didn’t really asked me anything about it. Once we got the food, she never came and checked up on us.. I dropped a knife I needed a new one which was gonna ask her when she comes around. Am I asking for little too much for service ?But food was amazing- I left a generous tips for the kitchen, not for the serviceVegetarian options: So Fresh vegetables!!!
