Ordered salad rolls and beef & shrimp vermicelli. Salad rolls were big and pretty good, but with way too much rice for my liking. Vermicelli dish was mostly vermicelli, 3 delicious shrimp, good beef, and hardly any veg and sprouts. Proportions of ingredients seemed off. Lots of rice and vermicelli with not so much of the other good stuff.

My family and I have loved Thuy Tien for many years. Whenever I go back to visit my children and granddaughter in Medicine Hat, we always go to eat here. The pho is outstanding! I also love their charbroiled pork noodle bowls. Friendly staff and delicious food!
