I had really bad experience in this location. I ask for plain bagel and some veggies in it. She used same gloves for meat and veggies. She did not put any wrap paper underneath when she was making a food. I am vegetarian person because of that I could not even eat. This serious concern for owner. Please pay attention to it

I stop here about once a month to have meetings with clients. The service has always been good and the food is mostly good but during busy times can take a bit longer. I like this location because it is well suited to smaller meetings.

Today, I came to this Tim Hortons branch to have a coffee. Honestly, today is May 17, 2025, and the coffee tasted extremely bad. It’s not even clear how this coffee was made. Also, the hygiene inside the branch was completely poor, and it smelled very bad. The staff working there did not behave properly with customers at all. It’s truly shameful. They really need to pay more attention to the quality of their coffee. There was hardly any order in the place. The branch was completely unhygienic and had a terrible smell.
This Tim Hortons has completely fallen apart. Drive thru customers are prioritized while in store customers are ignored. Orders are constantly wrong, drinks are poorly made, and the food is often burnt or falling apart. Stuff that should never leave the kitchen. Despite complaints to head office, nothing improves. It’s heartbreaking to see a place I once loved decline this badly.
Tim Hortons is a far cry from what it used to mean to be Canadian. I've deleted the app and will now be shopping more locally 😔
