Today, I came to this Tim Hortons branch to have a coffee. Honestly, today is May 17, 2025, and the coffee tasted extremely bad. It’s not even clear how this coffee was made. Also, the hygiene inside the branch was completely poor, and it smelled very bad. The staff working there did not behave properly with customers at all. It’s truly shameful. They really need to pay more attention to the quality of their coffee. There was hardly any order in the place. The branch was completely unhygienic and had a terrible smell.

This Tim Hortons has completely fallen apart. Drive thru customers are prioritized while in store customers are ignored. Orders are constantly wrong, drinks are poorly made, and the food is often burnt or falling apart. Stuff that should never leave the kitchen. Despite complaints to head office, nothing improves. It’s heartbreaking to see a place I once loved decline this badly.
Tim Hortons is a far cry from what it used to mean to be Canadian. I've deleted the app and will now be shopping more locally 😔

Today I ordered a sandwich, a muffin and a hot chocolate through uber. When I got it there was no sandwich. I called and got of yeah we forgot it and blah blah blah. I understand mistakes happen but I've been in customer service. I would have sent one out. That was my lunch. Thanks for not caring.

Great place, but the drive through is consistently faster than ordering inside, even when the drive through is backed up. Once watched a worker bag a dozen orders with his bare hands while absolutely palming the hashbrowns, so I won't trust food here anymore.

I got a cup of broth and they called it chicken noodle soup, and provided me with a fork to eat it with. They handed me a scalding hot tea without a sleeve on it, and when I tried to call about the soup they ignored it for 15 minutes.

Why do u have bagels on the delivery sites, but everytime i choose the wrong bagel i get my order cancelled? what a joke, make some bagels to match the available food on the website bro

Flies carry diseases and bacteria that is very harmful and you leave your Donuts wide open you are disgustingly gross and they're always stale this restaurant needs to seriously be checked out by the Health Community you can't leave food floating around in the open like that with no clothes drawers and selling that to people it's disgusting and they've been doing it since they opened and no one does anything about it it's gross and yet everyone I talk to says yeah I hate that they leave that thing open in the back so that the Flies get in the donuts so now I'm going to say something fix it oh and don't use those plastic strips that the Flies can fly around that doesn't help that was stupid a long time ago you guys use those and they didn't do anything you need a slider door so you can open and close them

Coffee tastes disgusting, burnt nasty undrinkable coffee. Their breakfast sandwich English muffin was stale, stiff, cold. The bread has gone bad. The people here should not be working in the food industry. Worst Tim hortons I have ever been to. This has been an ongoing problem for years and I regret ever coming back here and giving them a chance. I live two blocks away from this timmies and I have to travel to the other side of town if i want a coffee done properly and for people to serve me food that isnt expired.
