Went through the drive thru at midnight and was greeted by the best service i have ever had a tim hortons in my life, I believe he said his name was jam and he was incredibly patient with me and was very kind.I hope the management sees this because jam very much deserves a raise.

Not a clue how to do their job here. Get to the drive thru window and they don't even speak to you. Just stick the debit machine out the window without a word the whole time. Was given the wrong order for the car behind me and had to go in to swap the food for the correct order. Revieve my order bag and it is covered in sticky donut glaze on the bottom. Most incompetent.

The fastest Tim Hortons drive thru ever! Hot food, hot drinks all ready at the window during the morning rush! Barely had to wait at all despite the long line. Very impressed since we were tight on time. Would stop here any day!

Usually, there are no problems with this branch. Employees are not overly friendly, but I don't go there for that anyway. Actually, they were quite helpful. I wanted soup, ordered it, but then told me it wasn't ready. So, when I suggested I pay and come back around when it would be, they were very accommodating, which I greatly appreciated.
Since I moved here a year ago, more days than not, this TH’s has been a bright spot in my day! You work so hard to serve us well- thank you kindly!

I ordered a FV with 2 espresso cold foam. They handed it to me, I took the lid off, and there was no cold foam. I asked if they mixed it in. They said no, it's melted because it's a hot drink. I order this ever single day. First time I've ever not been given my $1 worth of additives. And they were rude. Won't get my or my 3 teams coffee/hot chocolate at this location any more!

For a busy fast food place the front staff are a but slow at best of times (with the exception of a couple morning ladies and the late night tall guy with glasses)I wouldnt go in there expecting much if anything if you happen to go there when the experienced crew is on....Cleanliness could be improved
