Went and spent almost 25 dollars to get supper for me and my mom and the flatbread pizza was horrible it seemed like it was microwaved and the pizza stuck to the top of the box literally looks disgusting, won't be buying food from ever again. Tim hortons has really went ššæ downhill like how has it hard to make a flatbread pizza like Jesus Christ I was not happy

Iāve been to all of the Tim Hortonās in the Hat. This one seems to be the worst. Espresso Machine never works. I ordered a donut and got a muffin.
Very frustrating when ordering, having to repeat yourself 2-3 times then they still get the order wrong.

There was girl on drive thru at 6:51pm today. She was sooo rude firstly, she over charge me and when i told she was behaving soo weird and then she call somebody for help and they were saying we didnāt take order . Girl if you donāt know to provide customer service goo home . This is not the first time she behaves like this, i went there few times and she always behave rude. if you don't want to work then why bother to come

Go to any other Tim Hortonās in Medicine Hat. The staff here are not very friendly, always screw up your order and donāt know how to organize their staff at all. Pay $9 for a sandwich and donāt even get all the ingredients on it like the smoked bacon. Wow

We have noticed that this Tim Hortons on 13th Ave. in Medicine Hat is very clean. The tables are always wiped, and the floor is swept and mopped. We regularly go to two other Tim Hortons in Medicine Hat and neither one of them are kept anywhere near as clean as this one.
