We have noticed that this Tim Hortons on 13th Ave. in Medicine Hat is very clean. The tables are always wiped, and the floor is swept and mopped. We regularly go to two other Tim Hortons in Medicine Hat and neither one of them are kept anywhere near as clean as this one.

What a joke can’t even use the bathroom after all the coffee I buy from you. Where does a taxi driver go now! Or people travelling. Mr Tim Horton would be very disappointed in you.
Can someone please explain to me since when Tim’s started giving half a bun with a chili combo? Last time I had a chili combo I was given a full bun. I’m a bit disappointed. Prices keep going up and portions keep going down.

Absolute horrible service. Told them 6 times that I wanted 2 milk 2 sugar and they could not for the life of them understand what I was saying. Drive through insanely slow because people are having the repeat their ordered 6 times

Had a employee trying to give me the complete wrong order while in the drive through, when notified about the problem, he started getting aggrevated towards me, saying he asked if It was the correct order. (That was not true he just took my card and charged me 6x the cost of my actual order.) He started arguing agressivly with me that I was wrong, but the customer is always right. APPERENTLY NOT AT THIS STORE THEY ARE NOT!!!
