Stopped by Tim’s around 8 p.m. on October 31st, and it honestly turned into one of the best moments of my day. The brown girl working there had long hair, kind eyes, and the most beautiful smile — she completely brightened my evening. I really, really liked her; something about her warmth and positivity just stood out.
It wasn’t just great coffee — it was the feeling she created with her friendly attitude and genuine smile. She made my Halloween feel special without even knowing it. I really hope I get the chance to see her again someday.

Tims lost it's appeal, the food is crap and the coffee tastes burnt, I thought I would try it because there was nothing else, tossed the food in the garbage and dumped the coffee.

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with my purchase this morning at 530 am, when coffee and service should be immaculate first thing in the morning. I understand people have things going on we don't know about, but the coffee was awful, had to dump it. My egg sausage wrap had a peice of a eggshell in it, hasbrown tasted like it was dropped in the deep fryer for 30 seconds, could taste the freezer smell. Unfortunately won't be coming back to this location.

Came in when the store was literally empty, ordered 1 flatbread pizza. Waited a full 25 minutes to get it. During that time the staff were so so rude, just goofing off and actually rolling their eyes at me the 2 times I tried to ask how much longer it would be. Genuinely just so baffled why they were so rude

I visited this Tim Hortons 11 at night and was really disappointed to be told I couldn’t use the washroom, even though it’s a 24-hour location. There was no explanation or ‘out of order’ sign—just a flat refusal from the lady staff. As a paying customer, access to basic facilities should be part of the service, especially during long road trips or night shifts. I hope management can look into this and improve how such situations are handled.
