Tim Hortons

The workers here don't give a damn about their jobs. They barely speak english and have genuinely laughed at me for havinf trouble understanding them. These people have forgotten at least one item in all three orders I've mad3 here. I would not recommend anyone visit this place if they actual intend on getting what they pay for. Complete waste of time.

Purchased a flat bread pizza through the app at 9pm and was told when I arrived that I would have to get a refund from the app because they don’t have flat bread pizzas that late, fair enough, reached out to the app and they told me that since it was a pick up order it’s up to the store to refund this . . . . . Mega unfortunate and now I’m out 12 dollars and don’t get anything . . . . .

I placed a mobile order, and it took over 20 minutes before it was ready. And to top it off, by the time I got home with it, which was only a couple minutes, the food wasn't even warm. Very disappointing experience.

Fast service. Ashlyn is extremely friendly and has amazing hearing! Best Tim’s experience we have had.

Loved my Oreo mocha iced drink it was so good

Coffees here are fine, I've had no issues but really disappointed in the food. I ordered four farmers wrap, two bacon and two sausage. When I got them, they weren't labeled which is annoying but so common at other Tims. My biggest complaint is I found MULTIPLE hairs in the farmers wrap. So disgusted. Tried calling to resolve the issue but they made it so complicated. I get that it gets busy but food safety should be always done right.

This location is a standard Tim's, but I found the service a little slow. I ordered using the app and left the Marble Go center right away, but I still had to wait about 7 minutes for a French vanilla, ice lemonade, and a BLT.

They really struggle with mobile orders. They should just remove it as an option. But service is friendly. And they try hard.

Went to drive thru in NECH and ordered 2 Meals, specified 2 times they are Meals. I paid for my order and recieved Most of it. Minus the potatoe wedges that were supposed to have made my items a Meal. Well, there was No mention of it on the receipt Despite the Cashier confirming it's a meal. They were going to charge me extra for the wedges. I'm disappointed in Tim Hortons.

This was a hostile experience, i had ordered a Oreo donut which was labeled Oreo cookie for some reason, when i was ordering the lady at the front was very unhelpful I asked for the donut and she told me yes the Oreo cookie which i responded by sure if that’s what it’s called and I received a cookie as I told her a donut, cookie was good but I wish I got the donut with my ice Capp I think she was saving the donut for herself @ name tag Kaitlyn

Can’t understand simple requests to have cream cheese on both sides of a bagel and then proceeds to complain amongst coworkers after I handed it back asking for what I originally had asked for. Especially if you’re going to try and charge for extra cream cheese to get it on both sides at least get it right. Complaint directed at worker with name tag of Kaitlyn. If she cannot have the littlest consideration for a simple request, she should consider a different job.

Iced Capps had way too much cream, left a layer of fat on my tongue every time I took a sip and my friend ordered a bagel which he requested to have cream cheese spread on both sides, he was handed a bagel with one big clump of cream cheese on one side. Horrible. I would give 0 stars if I could
