Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Rude Staff

I completely agree with the other negative reviews of this location. I visited this Tim Hortons on June 29th around 1 PM, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating. The staff was shockingly rude and seemed to be ignoring customers, causing the line to move incredibly slowly.

One employee in particular—an older Caucasian woman—was especially unprofessional. She was visibly unpleasant, with an angry expression, and showed zero courtesy or willingness to help. When my 3-year-old daughter accidentally dropped her bagel, I politely asked if we could get a replacement. Despite having already waited over 20 minutes in line, she flatly refused and told us to get back in line and wait again, which we unfortunately had to do—another 20 minutes wasted.

At other Tim Hortons locations, I’ve witnessed staff quickly and kindly resolve situations like spilled drinks or dropped food with compassion and professionalism. Sadly, that was not the case here. The dismissive and abrasive attitude from this employee was unacceptable.

This location clearly needs serious attention from management—customer service and sensitivity training should be a priority. It costs nothing to be kind, especially when dealing with families and young children.

Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

I came here for the first time today and i can see that they store is the busiest jn the mall. I appreciate the help of Donna on recommending flatbread to my kids!

Came late lunch today and they had a long line, was surprised that they were able to finish it so quick! Fast, affordable and the new faces were very welcoming

Absolutely disrespected, I go to the mall every sunday and order from Tim's everytime. Today the line was long (about a 7 min wait) and once I finally got to the till a young employee walked past my till and hailed the people behind me to order, I thought this was strange and out of the ordinary (maybe he thought I had already payed and was waiting idk) he helps with their order and then walks past me at the till again, side eyes me and then hails the people behind me again!! After this I said I'm leaving and ordered some place else that knows how to treat customers properly. It's safe to say I will no longer support this branch, I will not put up with blatant disrespect and refusal to serve for know reason.

The ladies behind the counter are FANTASTIC. Monday morning the wife and I had our baby and ordered 2 combos. The Drinks were Hot and made perfect, The Food was hot and delicious, and best of all we didn't even ask for ketchup, and they just Knew we wanted some, but forgot to ask. Hands down best Timmy's in town. Amazed at the speed.!

ordered a simple toasted bagel with cream cheese. I asked them to spread the cream cheese on both sides of the bagel, twice! I received 2 lumps of cream cheese on 1 side. They don't take the time or attention to their food or customers. Just race us through like cattle. and don't get me started on their weaken down coffee. It use to be so good. I'm done.

We stopped at this Tim Hortons for coffee and donuts with the grand children and used the washrooms. Was very very disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom the women’s was disgusting filthy toilet paper all over the floor, soap dispenser was empty. Will probably stop at Tim’s in Redcliff next Tim
