ordered a Biscoff latte and there were no Biscoff toppings at all, even though they charged me for it. This is the third time they’ve done the same thing. Please be aware and double-check your orders. Very disappointing and not acceptable.

Well I'll start by saying I love timmies always have and the staff at this location was great only concern I had was the washroom was a disaster their was poo on the toilet seat paper all over the floor and just generally not clean yes I did notify staff but there was no urgency to clean it I was there for 30minutes and no one made their way to clean it despite only having 2 other customers come in

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Rude Staff

I completely agree with the other negative reviews of this location. I visited this Tim Hortons on June 29th around 1 PM, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating. The staff was shockingly rude and seemed to be ignoring customers, causing the line to move incredibly slowly.

One employee in particular—an older Caucasian woman—was especially unprofessional. She was visibly unpleasant, with an angry expression, and showed zero courtesy or willingness to help. When my 3-year-old daughter accidentally dropped her bagel, I politely asked if we could get a replacement. Despite having already waited over 20 minutes in line, she flatly refused and told us to get back in line and wait again, which we unfortunately had to do—another 20 minutes wasted.

At other Tim Hortons locations, I’ve witnessed staff quickly and kindly resolve situations like spilled drinks or dropped food with compassion and professionalism. Sadly, that was not the case here. The dismissive and abrasive attitude from this employee was unacceptable.

This location clearly needs serious attention from management—customer service and sensitivity training should be a priority. It costs nothing to be kind, especially when dealing with families and young children.

Needless to say, I won’t be returning.
