You can only go to a coffee place so many times before finally slamming them in reviews. In the last 5 years I don't think I have ever received one correct order! Saturday we got 3 double doubles, should be easy! NOPE. All 3 black coffee. And this morning! Can I ask you who thinks steak and bacon sound the same?

Staff were friendly. This Tim’s is in the mall and sells out of some items as the day progresses. Seating is in the mall food court.Vegetarian options: Don’t know.Parking: The mall has a large parking lot. As the day goes on you will probably have to park farther from the entrance doors.Kid-friendliness: The mall food court is kid friendly with bathrooms close by.Wheelchair accessibility: The mall has wheelchair entrances.

Boss is still requiring masking? Not impressed. I don’t like getting served by faceless people, but more importantly, putting your employees through that discomfort all day is not appropriate. Service was good though.

We ordered 2 Simply Canadian Bacon Biscuits. One was good, the other the biscuit was doughy and no cheese. They replaced it however, the bacon was cold and the cheese looked like someone took a bite put of it. Pretty disappointed after I drove back to get it replaced.

I don't know how so many people can get orders wrong here this location is a joke! When I order a coffee I expect it to be hot not cold when I get it. The fact they cant even stir a drink properly. When a bagel is ordered you must CUT it but they cant even do that.

I noticed quite a few house flies in the cooking area. The flies were crawling on the bagels. The men's washroom sink had no running water, no paper towel and the sink was dirty. There should be paper towel instead of poor air hand dryers. How do I ensure the previous person did wash their hands? Now, I have to touch the bathroom door handle and then go out and eat my food. I was disappointed. In my experience, if there is no paper towel in washrooms 50 percent of people don't wash their hands after using the bathroom. I didn't order any bagels.?

Horrible customer service. Order is never correct. When speaking with the on shift manager was told to go to another location instead of correcting the problem. Whoever owns this location needs to have a staff meeting and possibly have a re-training day as their staff are running their business into the ground
