Please listen when orders are given in order to get the order right. And the muffin was uncooked! Wasted $5
Went recently to get a snack and there were drops of blood on the floor. Notified the cashier and I'm not sure if it was cleaned up after I left but in the 20 minutes I was there nothing was done. I get people are busy but blood is a biohazard and there's food being served. Bloodborne diseases can spread through contact, even if it's on your shoe, people use their hands to take off their shoes. At least put a wet floor sign by it.
If literal blood is left on the floor, I'm kinda understandably worried about the food handling. I'm not going back, but uh maybe talk to your staff about biohazard procedures.
Good place to go if you don't want to receive what you ordered.

Horrible service at this location. They talk over you in the drive thru all the time. They give whatever they want it’s never actually what you order. The odd time its a fluke.

Very nice location and kind workers however they seem to get maybe flustered or sloppy when rushes come in because almost everytime, I find myself telling them something is wrong with the order in some shape or form, love the workers and the food, but their headspace must not be at work majority of the time.

I ordered a classic bagel sandwich. Sausage on a plain bagel. There's NO LETTUCE, NO TOMATO on this sandwich. I received a BLT with Bacon. Not what I ordered burnt by the drive thru as usual

Worst service ever. They ignored us waiting for our order for probably 10 minutes. Employees just wondering around doing nothing. We asked for ice cappuccino's and recieved hot cappuccino's. We told them it was wrong. The employee just walked away and went on to the next customer. This is probably the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been today. Thanks for the cappuccino's we did not want. You have the most useless Employees. Congrats you failed hard.

Apparently, Tim's is now and also on the shrinkflation band wagon where customers pay MUCH MORE for less, and a LOT less.
I've had several fast food experiences at this venue (and others) and each time it has been less than desirable.
In the summer, the flies are bad, even in the pastry cases. Every hash brown I've ordered is limp, less than crispy, and MUCH smaller than before. The muffins are much smaller and the price is higher. The bagel for a BLTE meal has an extra cost placed upon it if you order 'other than plain' (an extra $ if you aren't careful), AND it doesn't come with mayo or butter/margarine (you find that out when you dig in). Of a MATTER OF COURSE that's an EXTRA charge, too!
How TEDIOUS this organization has become (they've even lost my points). We pay for BAD service, UNCLEAN tables, DIRTY garbage areas, and bad accounting. We pay MORE for LESS for food that doesn't even taste good (reference to the cardboard BLTE bagel upon ordering found it had no butter or mayo... customers now pay more for these sandwich items AND you've gotta ask! for the proverbial screw!). We must ASK for salt, pepper, ketchup, and we are darned lucky if, when down the road, we find napkins in the bag (we are lucky if we get even one!).
It is my hope that people will quit paying MORE FOR LESS for such inadequacies and incompetencies in food quality and service and go elsewhere (maybe small, private business owners in your community). Until people revolt, a company such as this will always get away with such NONSENSE.
As for me, it's going to be a long time, say, a frosty Friday in hell, if EVER, I darken the door of an incompetent Tim Horton's franchise, again. I'll go to McDonald's before that happens. At least they are up front and center about the goods we buy. And, I'll look for those mom and pop, privately owned, out of the way, cafes that deserve my hard earned dollars.
SHAME on this organization for duping the lifeline of every restaurant... CUSTOMERS.

Eight people working behind the counter and nobody working the front counter. Hard to be a customer if you don’t take orders.

ordered a simple toasted bagel with cream cheese. I asked them to spread the cream cheese on both sides of the bagel, twice! I received 2 lumps of cream cheese on 1 side. They don't take the time or attention to their food or customers. Just race us through like cattle. and don't get me started on their weaken down coffee. It use to be so good. I'm done.
Took a rest at this Tim's during the long highway trip. Tried potato wedges. ?

I am quite upset at the management for their lack of customer service skills today. I am a regular Tim Hortons customer like many Canadians, today I went through the drive through to order my usual meal. A large ham and cheddar and a coffee. I was told that they did not have any large buns in stock. I asked them if they could make it on 2 buns instead. I was told no and that they would have to charge me for an extra regular sandwich. I get this exact meal all the time and every other time that they have been out of stock I don't even need to ask, they will just make it on 2 buns. No extra meat or anything, just an extra bun. I tried to explain this to the shift leader but they became short with me and started repeating "we don't do that" I'd like to say that I have worked in the fast food industry for years, and the way this situation was handled was very unprofessional. What happened to "the customer is always right" this shows me that this branch cares only about their numbers and not about their customers. Won't be returning to this branch. I went to a different Tim Hortons just a couple blocks away. They didn't have the large bun either but I didn't even have to ask them to make it on 2 buns they just did it. I hope you guys do better for your future customers.

When I come to Canada ??, Tim Hortons is our go-to. This location was absolutely garbage. We told them, "Steak and egg and cheese biscuit". Dude kept saying, "okay, bacon egg and cheese." After many times going back and forth on the issue, we needed to clarify at the window. Nope. Still got it wrong. Then waited in the parking lot for nearly 10 minutes as requested of us, so we went in. They got the bagel wrong, and almost no cream cheese. A lot of good Tim's in Medicine Hat, don't go to this one.
Very seldom have my daughters chocolate milk but very kind staff.
