It was fast and the coffee was delicious and hot !

These guys are making people wait at the speaker so they keep their times up! That’s ridiculous!! Also don’t go in store they ignore you until the drive thru is empty!

This is by far one of the worst Tim Hortons locations I’ve ever been to. The staff are not only rude and unprofessional, but their behavior borders on discriminatory. They treat certain customers with clear disrespect, as if serving them is a burden — talking back, rolling their eyes, and showing zero courtesy. It genuinely felt like I was being treated differently because of my background. When they messed up my order, they were defensive and argumentative instead of apologetic. Even the supervisor mirrored the same hostile attitude. This store has a serious issue with how they treat people, and it's not just poor service — it’s racially biased behavior. Absolutely unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

Edited- After writing this review, I hoped that the customer service might get improved, but instead they started to speak rude to me and said to me and we know you are the one who put that bad review about our store. I hope tim hortons maintains there quality of customer experience. And hire employees who atleast have manners.

Girl on counter messed up my order again. This us the second time milkshad has done this. I complained and they proceeded to talk and stars. Very poor service.

Marvin greets his customers with a smile and acknowledges them often asking how their day is going. His personalized service makes for a great start to the day.

The servers were very helpful and the Manager Marvin was great and I will definitely come back again. This place is now my favourite.

I have been going on this location for coffee for years now and they still mess up my order and then you have to take their attitude and they’ll roll eyes on you, even you paid for the food you want and don’t even get it correct.

It should be zero stars. Unbelievable slow service the last 3 times we have been into this Tim's. Doesn't seem to matter what time of day, the outcome is the same. Painfully slow really.

Please listen when orders are given in order to get the order right. And the muffin was uncooked! Wasted $5

Usually have tea after my walk in the morning. Tea is hot and consistent taste. The staff know my order since I am there nearly every morning for my favorite drink.

Went recently to get a snack and there were drops of blood on the floor. Notified the cashier and I'm not sure if it was cleaned up after I left but in the 20 minutes I was there nothing was done. I get people are busy but blood is a biohazard and there's food being served. Bloodborne diseases can spread through contact, even if it's on your shoe, people use their hands to take off their shoes. At least put a wet floor sign by it.

If literal blood is left on the floor, I'm kinda understandably worried about the food handling. I'm not going back, but uh maybe talk to your staff about biohazard procedures.
