I wish I could give them 0 stars! I walked around the whole building before walking into the only door I found. The one beside the menu board but it turned out to be the kitchen back area. Its not clearly marked where to order and nobody came to help so I left and went somewhere else. Poor business management!

A well loved locals spot for burgers fries and a ridiculous selection of shakes,drinks and treats(what is a Screamer???)They are family run, quality and consistency are the reason Medicine Hat News Ranked them #1 for burgers.I really loved the Tino's Special the fully loaded burger with a ham slice and chilli fries.There is an entire chips menu.What a place!

Best milkshakes in town, Double tino special is where it's at. They are thin burgers, but always a consistent good taste and crust. Don't listen to these reviewers that only think a burger should be thick, get a double or triple if you want more. Chili fries are also a home town favorite.

$26 for a plain double cheeseburger, fries and a milkshake. My rootbeer milkshake has 0 rootbeer flavour in it and my fries have no salt. Restaurant prices below fast food quality. They also don't even give you a bag when ur in the drive thru, you get your fries in a little dish. Oh and you can hardly hear the person on the speaker.
I really don't understand how this place is still open and has a lineup. I think the lineup is the 15+ min wait for each person not because every1 loves the food.

The king burger was so fricking dry , a few pickles no sauce no cheese old onions and very few of them , over 24 dollars with a small fry’s and a little medium drink , highway robbery , never again and I suggest you all read this and avoid that crooked shack !!!!!!!

Went for the nostalgia of the place but for what you get they are unbelievably expensive. That medium shake should be the small for the price. If you want to cut some cost ditch the custom Tino cups, we don't need them. That alone will save you 1000s. Also if you're going to charge that much for the food at least have the Heinz ketchup packs, not some oddball knock off.
At 7pm no line up fresh off the grill food. Burger and gravy and fries.

If you're looking for a local hamburger and milkshake shack - this place is it. Only open in the summer (no indoor seating), this place is a local special. I ordered a plain hamburger without any fixings and I got what I ordered. They serve smash patties. The milkshakes were crazy. I think they do a better job than Peter's in Calgary. I ordered a German chocolate cake shake and I was impressed how well they followed the flavor. They could have just served me a chocolate shake but this had all the extra flavors of a true German chocolate cake. And the shake was the perfect consistency - still thick but your straw isn't going to get stuck taking it down. Cool spot!
