“The food wasn’t bad however it is quite bland compared to the old owners dishes. I’m quite disappointed and probably won’t be back, however if you never experienced it before you probably won’t have any complaints.“

“Food was good except the bacon tasted as if it were cooked at 5:30 in the morning then sat in steam table or on the counter for 5 ish hours then served as crispy bacon lol like there were 3 tables seated was so dead in there ya think they could of made fresh bacon !!! I been a cook for 30 years no excuse not to serve fresh bacon.“

“The service at this restaurant is amazing! I visited to purchase take out for my family of 5, including my two year old who is very picky, and everyone loved it! We are from Edmonton but I travel to Medicine Hat for work…I will definitely be going back when I’m down there!“

“We had such a wonderful evening at Earls Kitchen + Bar. The food and beverages were absolutely delicious, and the service made the experience even better. The newly renovated space is stunning — it has such an elevated, big-city feel!
A special thank-you to Charlotte, who is truly the best host. Her kindness, along with the warm hospitality from the entire staff, made our night feel exceptional.
