As far as drive through fast food goes, it was made fresh and it was hot. Very friendly service as well.

Went there yesterday to get some food. The place was nice, good atmosphere but the girl at the waitress station was extremely rude. I asked for a cup of water and she didn’t answer. Then when I asked again she proceeded to say in a disrespectful way they are not free like if I can’t pay for it ! Won’t be back

Restaurant was clean and staff are very friendly. Food was good! I ordered through the drive thru, had to use the bathroom. Forgot my phone I there. The staff made sure it got back to me.

I ordered mobile order so it was ready when i arrived i had extra onions on my receipt and called to ask they wanted me to come back to the resturant to replace my burgers they refused because i said i cant come till tomorrow its a 30 minute drive.

Very subpar, the woman running drive-thru had such a thick accent you couldn't understand her, then I got my baconayors, the patties were half as thick as they used to be and 1 piece of bacon cut in 2 you want to call it a baconator you need more bacon definitely lost my business

Stopped in at lunch ( went into stire-not through drive-thru)to pick up Apple pecan salads for my husband and my dinner. Allison was awesome. She was very pleasant and kindly accommodated my special requests, as if these were just part of her normal day. She was kind in teaching the gentleman who was making up the salad and used it as a good teaching moment. The rest of the staff seemed cheerful and had great customer service as well. Travelling by from another province made me wish ALL Wendy's were like this one. Not sure why I also received a discount but was very appreciative. Thank you, Allison and staff! (I just read some of the reviews. My order was taken at 149pm. The store was empty. Could be because of the bad reviews? But, the store looked clean, staff were busy working and cleaning. Hopethis is an indication that they are trying to improve. My experience was excellent.)
