I ordered mobile order so it was ready when i arrived i had extra onions on my receipt and called to ask they wanted me to come back to the resturant to replace my burgers they refused because i said i cant come till tomorrow its a 30 minute drive.

Very subpar, the woman running drive-thru had such a thick accent you couldn't understand her, then I got my baconayors, the patties were half as thick as they used to be and 1 piece of bacon cut in 2 you want to call it a baconator you need more bacon definitely lost my business

Stopped in at lunch ( went into stire-not through drive-thru)to pick up Apple pecan salads for my husband and my dinner. Allison was awesome. She was very pleasant and kindly accommodated my special requests, as if these were just part of her normal day. She was kind in teaching the gentleman who was making up the salad and used it as a good teaching moment. The rest of the staff seemed cheerful and had great customer service as well. Travelling by from another province made me wish ALL Wendy's were like this one. Not sure why I also received a discount but was very appreciative. Thank you, Allison and staff! (I just read some of the reviews. My order was taken at 149pm. The store was empty. Could be because of the bad reviews? But, the store looked clean, staff were busy working and cleaning. Hopethis is an indication that they are trying to improve. My experience was excellent.)

Food is standard (unless you wanted lettuce on your jbc, because they forgot that) - the part that was quite disappointing was the service. The boy working the first window/speaker could not understand anything said to him, he asked us to come to the window where he repeated our order, multiple times, to correct it, while getting to the second window to receive our order entirely wrong. Order is incorrect on the receipt as well. The man working the second window essentially stared at me. I completely understand training new employees, but please put atleast one person who knows what theyre doing on shift.
I was recently at Wendy’s in Medicine Hat. I ordered a double burger with just mayonnaise and ketchup, fries and a drink had to repeat my self 3 times to the server. I phoned to voice my concerns and got no help from the person on the phone. Very disappointed with service.

The manager of the store that was the cashier was very polite. The staff were busy but not loud. Washroom and dining were spotless. Our family loved our dining experience.
