Oh boy...I found my new go-to chinese food place! I stopped in on my way home and ordered wonton soup and shrimp fried rice to go. After just a VERY short wait my food was ready & I was on my way. It was so deeelicious!
Thank you, friendly Canton House...I will definitely be back!

What a treat to have been able to eat at this simple and homey restaurant. A party of four and we ordered the selection: Dinner for Four. When our food was being brought out from the kitchen we were open mouthed about the portion sizes. Certainly more than the four of us, all big eaters, could comfortably finish. Enough food left for a leftover lunch. Food was very tasty and compares quite favorably with any Chinese food I have eaten in my travels across Canada. Dinner for four cost less than $85.00 a bargain for sure. Would highly recommend and next time I am in the Millet area I will be eating at Canton House again.

Best westernised Chinese food I had in decades! Still amazing as left overs and the ginger beef is to die for ❤️
They also gave us a free snack such an amazing quality restaurant!

We ordered the Dry Garlic Ribs, Chicken Fried Rice, Ginger Beef, and Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls for take out. Was ready in 20 mins, boxed up and good to go when I arrived. The total was about $75. The portions were nice sizes. The Fried Rice is the biggest. The price of going out always makes me hesitate but let me tell you this was worth it. The Rice was soft and sticky and wasn't seasoned as much as I would at home it was great! The ginger beef and sweet and sour chicken balls were definitely above average for Chinese food. But let me tell you the dry garlic ribs stole the show. They were tender, juicy, seasoned perfectly and the coating was light. Just perfect.
And they threw in some desert wontons. That are deep fried and filled with a cream cheese icing I think.

Kind and personal service. The menu selection was vast with an included photo menu. We tried many of the selections, and they were all exceptional. Fresh ingredients were apparent, and flavors were all individual to each dish. Price was reasonable as each dish serving was plentiful. It was worth the drive!

I really question that the person who cooked my food knows how to cook Asian food. The only thing that looked like Asian food was the spring rolls. Ordered a combo for one and a couple other dishes. The food had so much batter on it that it all looked the same. S&s pork had ketchup as the S&s sauce. Spent 90 bucks on food that went in the garbage. Very disappointed with this place after hearing that they were a good place to eat and will never stop in there again.

Kind-hearted family atmosphere, good food.
Prices are fair, the atmosphere is simple.
Food comes out so quick, and the service is intentional and caring. They genuinely care about the people that come there and will take time to thank you personally and do whatever they can to make your stay awesome.
Food is all really good, especially the Shanghai Noodles and Ginger Beef.
