Unbelievably good Chinese food found in Mundare, Alberta. Better than the go-to spots in Edmonton and Calgary. Well sauced, well seasoned, flavourful light breading on the fried dishes, piping hot and fairly priced. Absolutely worth a stop when passing through or a great option to outsource your field meal!
Stopped in our way through town for lunch and was blown away!! Fair prices, big portions and some of the best Chinese food I've had in years! Will definitely be back

Lotus Garden Family Restaurant, under new ownership, offers generous portions and cheerful, attentive service. While dishes like s/s pork, BBQ pork chow mein, Singapore noodles, and stir-fried mixed veg are delicious, the shrimp and lemon chicken lacked flavor due to heavy batter. The ginger beef was overcooked and chewy. Prices have increased, and the previous smorg Buffet is no longer available. Recent changes in recipes have made the food quality and taste less enjoyable, leaving customers wishing for the return of the old flavors.
