We got a drink at the Okotoks Tim Horton’s and there was an error with the order. I didn’t taste the drink right away because it was too hot! By the time I tried it we were closer to Nanton. We pulled into the Tim Horton’s and the staff at the drive thru were so nice! They made the correct drink at no charge, and I enjoyed it so much on my drive ?
Been going here since it opened, nearly every day. The staff are kind and very friendly, orders made quickly with few exceptions. One thing I must point out: they do not use the 2 lane drive thru setup efficiently. Since they only take one order at a time what’s the point? In-store patrons are not a priority either, but this appears to be a corporate problem.I would give a better rating, but am bothered that the franchise owner has never installed appropriate waste and recycling...read full review

I recently visited this Tim Hortons location and was so impressed with the efficiency & quality of service. Not only did I receive my coffee in under 3 minutes, but they were incredibly friendly at the drive thru! Thank you and I will definitely be returning for my coffee fix on the way to Fernie again soon!
