What a terrible A&W! It was dirty inside, some of the food was burnt, other items were barely cooked. We asked for an additional fork and the one we were handed had food on it. When I tried to show the lady the food and requested a clean one she laughed and told me they were just water spots. I would look for another place to eat on your travels in Leduc.

Came in with a larger group. The staff did not panic and were very polite and professional. They delivered great, fresh food to us all in a short period of time. Way to go A&W!!
My coworker Norm warned me about the chicken and how it ruined his weekend and caused him to blow his ass into another time zone. Low and behold the same thing happened to me with a teen burger.

Hit'n miss on what was available for breakfast in the mornings. May have only been the days we were in the area and happenedto stop in. The staff was friendly and the food was on par with expectations from the fast food chain. Nice place to grab a bite.

Will not be returning to this location as today I went in for lunch and the food was horrible. Got the Ruffles crunch teen burger and they didn't let me know at the till that they ran out of the sauce for this limited time only burger, that was not the issue the issue was not letting me know at the counter before i ordered it. So had to choose a different sauce got the chipotle.. The onion rings were barely cooked through. And the pop was nothing but syrup. As someone who has worked at fast food resteraunts in the past including 1 a&w location l if we sent food out the way this location did we would have gotten a talk to. For the cost of what it costs for fast food these days you would think they would take more pride in making sure they are serving a decent meal. I should have just taken my money and either thrown it in the garbage or went up the street to mcdonalds. This location really need to work on there food skills because this was the worst experience I have had at a fast food resteraunt. I would have went back and complained but because I had to get back to work I couldn't. For any future customers to this location please beware that the food is crap.
