Edo Japan - First Park Station - Grill and Sushi

We stopped yesterday for food while we’re staying at the comfort in next door, food is always delicious at Edo but the customer service at this location is so good. So friendly that they convinced my fussy man to even try and we were not disappointed. Y’all are seriously so friendly. We are here for 4 days and will definitely be back!!

The shrimp was undercooked. 50% of it was still transparent which indicated undercooking(hard to catch it by phone camera, but you can compare it with rice too. Cooked shrimp should turn the same color white as rice) . The texture and taste was raw too. I have to use my microwave to re-cook it to make sure it's fully cooked(shrimp changed to white and firm).

I ordered the sukiyaki beef and a roll for lunch. It's normally one of my favorites restaurants!However this time I was given a big bowl of rice, very little beef and veg.This was a pretty big waste of money for mainly just rice. I'm normally not one to complain but it was truly a sad lunch to receive for $22.I'd probably visit another location next time**edit** I was contacted by the ownerVeera. She was very disappointing and confrontational regarding this and refused to be any sort of help. While I was willing to show photos to back myself, She refused to see them, was very rude and said she had my meal on camera anyways. While I didn't expect anything free from this complaint, the owners transgressions and the way she treated me is worth it do dine elsewhere and not support this business any further.Judging by the other reviews and how common this seems to be happening, I would recommend visiting another location altogether. And as far as the owner goes, it pays to be kind to others.

Possibly one of the worst fast-food brands in the North America, fighting for the first place alongside McDonald's! Everything is dripping in a sort of brownish sauce which I think they believe it makes the food tasty and appealing! To me it was repugnant. I cannot find a better word to describe it. First time to any Edo Japan place and certainly will be the last time in anywhere that this franchise exists! The so-called Japanese food which I paid $19.56, was served by Indian foreign workers brought to the country on Work Visa to fill the account of a major corporation and drain the accounts of the poor average Canadian labourer who their best food before that has probably been McDonald's or something frozen, stuck in a microwave! A total waste!

Not sure if its new owners, but the portions are now very mall I won't go back. I watched the cook scoop away chicken from orders that were alreadycooking.

Got there at 7:25pm. Says it closes at 7:30 snd All lights still on. Door was locked. Cant rate anything more then 1 star if i couldnt get in.

Awesome service! Very friendly and wasnt annoyed with all my questions.Not a big place but hadclean tables....actually the whole place was spotless.Food was great! Lots of veggies and fresh. Hit the spot perfectly. Really enjoyed.

The food was very good. The two people that run it very chatty and friendly. It is cooked order will definitely go back there again.
