Such a bad service by the supervisor of this Mcdonalds. My buddy just ask him a cup of water after 20 mins of wait and the this guy was so rude and refuse to give us a water. Later on we find out they switch the sauces of the burgers and this type of the bad service is unacceptable from the mcd.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a decaf coffee and ended up waiting a total of 15 minutes. No one checked on me or provided any update. When I finally went to the counter, the staff said, “Oh, we called you,” even though I was standing nearby the whole time. My coffee still wasn’t ready. Is it really acceptable to wait 15 minutes for a simple coffee, especially in the morning when people are rushing to work? The service was very slow and poorly organized.

Tend to go to this one because they have actual employees working there and self serve drinks versus the AI slop house of the one in Leduc.

I specificly asked for sweetner in my coffee even double checked with the girl who gave to me/prepared for me. I'm a type 1 Diabetic..... I'm not happy nor am I having a good time trying to get me sugars under control. Tied calling to talk with someone about it but no one picks up the phone.

If you’re in a rush, skip this place and go to A&W across the street.
They make me wait every time I go here. What’s the point of the drive thru. The only thing I order is a McDouble and fries.
This McDonalds is notoriously bad for only filling the large fries halfway. I couldn't be bothered this time to go inside and have them fix it because I was already halfway back to work when I noticed. You guys have one more shot at getting this right. If this happens one more time I'll never come back. When I pay for a large fries that means I want a large fries and not a medium fries put into a large container 🤦

How long does it take to make 2 coffees. It shouldnt be 25minutes later to finally have them made. Got my order wrong 3 times. Waited half hour for a BLT that they kept getting wrong.

Last Saturday, I bought a breakfast burrito, it had a bone in it. I’ve seen this many times before and this time I bit down on it and it broke my molar. Now I am very upset because I am not sure how I am going to afford a new one. I think the issue is from the food manufacturers, not from you guys. Because it also had happened in the locations of Windermere and 23rd ave. If there is any way to remove the bones from the food please do so because it would help others. Please, Take seriously attention to the quality of food. I am not ruling out filing a lawsuit.
