Ordered here with skip the dishes minutes from the hotel.. first problem was the restaurant didn’t act on my order for over 20 minutes then the skip driver stopped twice before bringing my cold food.. almost an hour to get a burger 3 minutes away 🤷♂️

Great service didn't get my meal wrong at all lol.
Last night I gave this McDonalds a 1-star review for screwing up my kids' Happy Meals. Today I improved that score to four stars. Here's why:
Today when I went to pick up the Happy Meals, the staff apologized and told me that they were out of apple slices instead of just omitting them and hoping I didn't notice. They offered fries, which I did not want, and I asked if a refund was available. It was.
I ended up taking the meal as-is, fries and all, because the staff was forthcoming with the problem. They did their best. This night's crew deserves five stars. If the management gets the other crew up to snuff (and perhaps keeps their kitchen better stocked), this could be a five-star McDonalds. Stay tuned.
