Dropped in while waiting to pick a family member up from the airport. Stuff were so friendly and helpful, atmosphere is lovely, and the drinks great. Got a London fog (which can be hit and miss from cafe to cafe) and it was so nice, just the right flavour. Will visit again when by the airport :

I wish I could take this cafe back home to California with me! The Salmon Salad Brioche Bun is so good! It didn't break apart & was warm! Really comforting as I'm not used to this cold weather. I got a Rose Latte with Oat milk & it's so perfect. Hope to make this cafe a must stop after the airport when I come back to Canada ?

The service and food at this location is always stellar :) The blonde woman working today was very polite and went beyond to make my day, and even offered me a pastry when she forgot to ring one of the items in my order.

As someone who spends copious amounts of money on coffee, has a $10,000 espresso machine at home and drinks 4-7 coffees a day I feel like I have good knowledge of my coffee.Today I went to get a very simple drink from woodrack cafe after I finished some shopping in the mall. I ordered a large iced americano black. I asked how many shots were in it, the lady said 3 and I purchased the coffee. So upsetting that she didn’t even touch the espresso machine. She went under the counter grabbed a mason jar with what I’m sure is very very concentrated instant coffee poured out about 4oz into a cup topped the rest off with ice and tap water. That was $7.54. If you’re a business and want to laugh at your customer base and act like they don’t know the difference in technique and taste soon enough people will realize that going across the street to Starbucks is a better option. Disappointing and I feel like they are taking advantage of people.I’ll be back and if they are still doing the same thing they will be called out on the spot.

Just visited the outlet mall for the first time. It was so refreshing to find a local coffee shop in there serving excellent coffee instead of the usual chain coffee you find in malls. Definitely worth the little detour on your way to the airport so you aren’t stuck getting a cup of Tim Hortons at the

Very nice spot! Needed a place to sit with my laptop for a while after a flight got cancelled. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The peanut butter mocha was amazing. I was a little unsure at first but man am I glad I got it. Also tried their hot chocolate and three cheese melt. All very good. They also sell vintage dinnerware with great prices.

I had the pleasure of meeting Christy today at Woodrack Cafe who was beyond amazing and kind. I have been to this location a few times to do paperwork and it is serene, clean, and spacious. They have outlets if needed for laptops and a bathroom nearby. I love their chocolate chip cookies, coffee, and tea. They also serve wine and beer which is cool. Overall this is a great space in the outlet mall that’s tucked away in the corner so it still has a lovely cafe vibe. I will be a regular customer here for years to come- highly recommend it.

It is always so good, when you can find friendly people to make for you the best coffee with the delicious snacks. Thank you.
Cute place in the corner of the outlet mall. The coffee was perfect, and the vegan muffin was the best I have ever tasted! Definitely worth the stop for coffee while shopping. I hope to see them in the food court in the future (the old Starbucks location would be perfect).

Barista was absolutely amazing! Helped me create the perfect drink.Earl Grey with 1 pump lavender, 1 pump white chocolate, stronger tea. Highly recommend ??
The Woodrack Cafe’s atmosphere is warm and inviting—it’s a cozy environment to relax and enjoy a delightful coffee. The cappuccino was pretty good and the cookie was even better. The staff at Woodrack Cafe are friendly and fast. Overall, I highly recommend Woodrack Cafe to anyone looking for a cozy experience at the mall. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
Kid-friendliness: It’s a nice space for kids and high chairs are available!
Parking: There’s tons of parking right outside of entrance 5, which is seconds away from the Woodrack Cafe’s entrance.
