Been few times now I order dark roast at 8:50pm they end up giving me decaf coffee I even asked when paying the lady is this dark roast Answered me yes but when I take first sip find out not dark roast please don't fool customers like dis they paying for what they ordered.

The staff working on Tuesday Dec 3, 2024 are absolute angels. I left my wallet on one of the tables after a meeting and they were able to locate me, call me, and get it back to me. Best in class- please give them all a raise, they deserve it.

This tim horton is worst I don’t know why they guys are working there they don’t know to behave they are always in some kind of attitude and there food quality is very bad this is 3rd 4th time now every time when you take bagel or wrap they give you within one min and they now heating your food properly
I don’t understand why some workers think customers are stupid. They tried to give me a large triple triple when I ordered an extra large triple triple. When I got to the window, I told her no I want an extra large. She brought me back an extra large coffee And I asked her if they made a fresh one and she said yes. Driving out of the drive-through, I tried it, and it seriously tasted like they dumped the large coffee into an extra large cup and add to it. I know what my coffee is supposed to taste like, I also know what colour it is supposed to be. When I took it in the employee did make me a new coffee which tasted 100% better however she was 100% annoyed with me and definitely had no problem letting me know. I would like to get what I pay for that’s all. For the most part, I usually deal with the morning crew and don’t have an issue ever other than I’m pretty sure they take coffee out of the machine before it’s done parking which makes it super strong at the beginning and then super weak for everybody else.
