We ordered 4 Blizzards on the DQ app and picked them up in the drive-thru. We live only a few blocks away so my wife picked them up and we opened them when we got home. We were immediately disappointed to find that the Blizzards were about an inch below the top of the lid. Now I would love to say this was the only disappointment, however it was just the beginning. As we began to eat them, each of us found that there was very little content to our Blizzards apart from a scant amount at the top. As we got further into the cup it was practically all ice cream and no flavouring. Unfortunately, we could not go back and deal with the store because they were already closed so we took pictures and made a complaint online. After no response for over a week, we then received the typical “how did we do email” from DQ in which we responded and reiterated our disappointment. Again, we received no response. Finally we attempted to contact the store directly and have still not received any acknowledgment or response whatsoever to our concern. I really wish this was the only negative experience I have had at this location but sadly that is not the case. It has definitely been a steady decline to the point that we will be avoiding this location in the future.UPDATE. We have already gone to the website. We have made a very detailed complaint on the web and have had NO response. We have also contacted the location directly and have had NO response. A generic comment from corporate to this review may look like good on here but it is very unhelpful when the location itself refuses to address or respond to issues. If corporate really had any interest, they would hold their franchises to account.

When did they start hiring from the circus? I encountered the most ragtag bunch of amateurs I’ve ever seen behind the counter of a fast food restaurant- imagine a coop of headless chickens with bright pink and green feathers and bad tattoos. I received so many blank stares while waiting for service that I began to think about leaving before ordering anything at all. Ultimately should’ve just done that, I placed an order and waited for another 5 or 10 minutes, watched this bizarre sideshow DQ calls “service” with a sense of morbid curiosity, and just gave up and left without my food. Just strange, bad attitudes and below average hygiene all around.

Very slow service. Very dirty store. Staff is very young and need help. No adult employees or management. The hot fudge sundae didn't have much hot fudge. I won't return.

I am not too sure if the management of this establishment provides any structure or training to these employees but WOW. If you’re looking for something to shake your head at, head to this dairy queen location.I ordered a peanut buster parfait, a macchiato shake and a plain cone. After waiting for almost 20 minutes after payment my parfait and cone were placed on the counter. My shake was prepped for the mixer and sat on the back counter for almost 10 minutes as the employees mixed blizzard after blizzard. By the time they mixed my shake, my small cone was melted and dripping on the counter. Parfait was a puddle. They “kindly” remade my cone. But did not remake the parfait.This place is a disaster….avoid at all costs. Ive never seen so many people complain in such a short time.Too who ever runs this establishment in this location, honestly figure it out. YIKES

Literally the slowest drive-through i’ve ever been to. waited around 20 minutes for one blizzard and two slushies. and the lady at the window seemed like she really hated her job.

Wow. So disappointed I had to leave a review. Ordered two royal blizzards and received a couple of chunks of Reese and that was it. Most expensive vanilla ice cream to date. I’ve been here multiple times and never thrilled with my experience. Poor attitudes from staff. Tonight , this place was busy to the door with 3 teen staff. I would have had to stand in a long line to get help if I would even get any. They know how little they are putting into their blizzards and sending it out. Won’t be back. Save your money and go eat ice cream somewhere else.

Honestly, this is the most disappointing Dairy Queen I’ve been to. I’ve been numerous times and every single time my order has been wrong. We came in this evening, April 25 and order two brownie batter blizzards and it’s quite literally just vanilla ice cream with the brownie pieces mixed in and this has happened on several other occasions as well. Save yourself the disappointment and just drive the 20 minutes to High River.Photo added to show that this was the brownie batter blizzard that we ordered… More like just straight vanilla ice cream ?

Slow, food came cold. Fries are uncooked. Sent me 4 strip meal when I ordered 6 and gave almost no fries. Also missing gravy and sauce I paid extra for. I don't even recommend the drive thru. It's normally just as bad.

There's just no pride put in to this place. As I was watching from the drive through tonight the staff was moving around as if they had cement blocks on their feet, if they were moving at all. There were pieces of food all over the floor behind the counter as well as a container below one of the machines for some reason. One of the blizzards that I bought was half full because the other half was dripping down the side. The guy who was handing me the blizzard didn't notice until I asked him for a napkin to clean the side of my blizzard cup. Just disappointing all the way around.

Ordered two strawberry cheese cake blizzards. Only had one cheese cake square in one of them and two in the other. No strawberries or even strawberry flavor. This has got to be the most hit and miss DQ I've ever gone to. I'll blame that on management and lack of training.

Went and ordered from the drive thru and I got the 6 piece chicken strip basket with fries and I came home with NO fries. I tried calling the store and no answer.

Paid for a medium and received a small blizzard. The person who took our order even double checked with us if it was a medium but when I drove up to pick it up I got a small instead.
