Paid for a medium and received a small blizzard. The person who took our order even double checked with us if it was a medium but when I drove up to pick it up I got a small instead.
Came in, no one at the counter. Stood there for a while listening to the staff laughing and talking in a back room - no one came out to even look. Left without ordering and won't be back.

Ordered two strawberry cheese cake blizzards. Only had one cheese cake square in one of them and two in the other. No strawberries or even strawberry flavor. This has got to be the most hit and miss DQ I've ever gone to. I'll blame that on management and lack of training.
