“Went to Okotoks A & W with a grandson. Absolutely DELEICIOUS teen burgers, very clean and friendly staff. Service quick. Got a 20 min drive south and realized I had no phone. Turned around and went back to see if phone was there. I thought it might have fallen out of my pocket but I had left it on the table. Neither my grandson nor I had noticed. THANK YOU to staff my phone was safe and sound.“

“I'd like to commend the crew that worked the Sunday night shift of March 8th. I rolled through the drive-thru and ordered a meal and without hesitation or notifying me that they were technically closed, they quickly moved forward with making my meal. It was all very fresh and delicious. When the employee came out to hand me my meal. I thank him and told him I was apologetic for showing up at such a terrible time! I know what that's like as I used to work in the fast food industry when I was younger. So thank you“
