“My wife and I ordered lunch at the drive through and it was absolutely fine. My Dave's double with cheese (no mayo) was great, very fresh including generous lettuce and nice tomato. My wife's classic chicken sandwich was also very good and fresh.
Communication is challenging (where isn't it these days) but friendly and polite. Order was a bit slow coming out, but they got it right.
We did go during the lunch rush, which I think helps ensure fresher food.“

Womens bathrooms could do with a thorough clean and watch out if your washing your hands you don't get hit with the door as not enough space/poor design between basin and door.“

“Went to Okotoks A & W with a grandson. Absolutely DELEICIOUS teen burgers, very clean and friendly staff. Service quick. Got a 20 min drive south and realized I had no phone. Turned around and went back to see if phone was there. I thought it might have fallen out of my pocket but I had left it on the table. Neither my grandson nor I had noticed. “I'd like to commend the crew that worked the Sunday night shift of March 8th. I rolled through the drive-thru and ordered a meal and without hesitation or notifying me that they were technically closed, they quickly moved forward with making my meal. It was all very fresh and delicious. When the employee came out to hand me my meal. I thank him and told him I was apologetic for showing up at such a terrible time! “I recently visited this location on Halloween day for lunch with my three kids, and despite the crowd, the service was top-notch. The manager, in particular, went above and beyond to make our experience special. As I was waiting for our order, he noticed I was juggling keeping an eye on my kids and waiting for our food. He kindly asked for our order number and told me to sit down with my kids, offering to bring our order over to the table. I was incredibly grateful for his kindness and attentiveness.

What really stood out was that he was doing the same for another family, showing that it wasn't just a one-time thing. His actions made a big difference to us, and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the great service he provided. If you're a manager like him, you're doing something right! We'll definitely be back!“
