Just need to tweak a few things to make this Wendy's in league with the others. The plexi barrier has to come down - with an open kitchen and loud vent fans you can't hear the counter person and they can't hear the customer place an order - that makes service quality and accuracy suffer. Next the fountain drink machine is outdated, often out of several drink types or flat. I love a nice juicy hamburger hot and fresh when I bite into it. It's never been like that. Fries are warm at best. Hamburger warm at best. Not a good experience in High River Alberta.

Brutal ordering, 15 minute wait, tried over and over scanning my QR code for rewards on the app until I just said "don't worry about the points, can I just pay and get my food please???"
