“I recently visited this location on Halloween day for lunch with my three kids, and despite the crowd, the service was top-notch. The manager, in particular, went above and beyond to make our experience special. As I was waiting for our order, he noticed I was juggling keeping an eye on my kids and waiting for our food. He kindly asked for our order number and told me to sit down with my kids, offering to bring our order over to the table. I was incredibly grateful for his kindness and attentiveness.

What really stood out was that he was doing the same for another family, showing that it wasn't just a one-time thing. His actions made a big difference to us, and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the great service he provided. If you're a manager like him, you're doing something right! We'll definitely be back!“

“I went for the morning drive thru and ordered a sausage mcgriddle combo with a coffee frape. I got my order and it seemed over priced, I than had a drink of my frape and it didn't taste right it was very bitter. I went back through the drive thru and the cashier got the manager for me without me even having to ask. They replaced my frape witha good one and gave me a refund and charged me the correct amount. I was very happy that they made it right and in a good amount of time.“
