“It's a McDonald's...there's not much to say. But ordering was quick and efficient, our meals were delivered to our table quickly but our table was dirty....as we're all the available seating areas. It was a busy lunchtime hour but I clean table would have been greatly appreciated.“

I was able to understand everyone, all were polite and they made my wife's bunless mcdouble perfectly!

The only detractor from full stars is fries were not very hot, although they treated good with just the right amount of salt, and the drink was >90% ice with only a bit of soda.

“Yesterday went to the drive-thru, the service was friendly of course and ordered a quarter pounder with some change, it took less then 5 minutes until I received my food and it was pretty good, the burger and fries. It was of course the temp that it was recently made. Good job McDonalds!“

“Great restaurant for our seniors group in the morning. Drive thru very steady and staff generally very good to deal with . Management team is all female but for one male. Little odd would review hiring practices and one in particular C. Very moody and doesn’t smile very often. Could get service needs work at this store as seniors whines not like using kiosks often feel neglected or second class to Drive thru business. I won’t use kiosk because the screens are never cleaned and customers using bathrooms do not wash their hands.“

“I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the manager working the late-night shift at this branch on May 29 around 3:00 AM.

Due to a road landslide near Golden, our trip heading to Vancouver was suddenly rerouted, and we had to return to the pickup station. At that hour, it was very difficult to find a decent hotel where we could stay until our next scheduled trip at 8:00 AM.
We walked all the way from McDonald’s hoping we could at least stay in the lobby for a while. Although the branch was already closed, I was especially worried about the elderly man accompanying me. Thankfully, the manager showed exceptional kindness and allowed us to stay in the delivery pick up room so we could stay safe and warm
This gesture was truly beyond what we expected, and it meant so much during a very stressful situation. It reminded me how compassionate and accommodating the staff and managers can be during difficult times.
To the manager I unfortunately forgot to ask for your name, but I want you to know that you are an excellent manager and an amazing person. Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding.

“Very clean and organized. What I want to highlight the most is the manager’s amazing customer service. He was extremely kind. My coffee didn’t taste good, so I let him know, and he kindly made me a new one. He even waited for me to try it to make sure I liked it. If you're looking for some fast food in the area, this will definitely be a restaurant you will want to know about.

Parking: Fairly large parking lot surrounds the building. It can get quite busy, though.“

“satisfactory mcdonald’s in terms of food and service, 5 stars because this location has seen me at some pretty unflattering and humbling times. if i am super drunk, crying, hungover, waking up super early before school, hungry for mcchicken while waiting for my laundry to be finished, or in need of one blueberry pomegranate smoothie at night, you will find me here. the bathroom is clean but the back tables are mildly dirty so i don’t go to those ones. i have experienced so much at this mcdonald’s, i truly can’t wait to see what’s next.“

“This location consistently makes great quarter BLTs. Garnishings are layered evenly, with just the right amount of dressing which makes for a perfect, no-drip sandwich. Nobody wants wet, soggy sandwich when people overdo the dressings, moreso a messy bite when garnishings fall all over the place. Simple joys, but to me, the skill and care they put in to make perfect sandwich every single time speaks volume. I had to find out the crew behind my perfect BLTs. Big shout out to JP and Carl. “Most of the staff are incredibly sweet people—they’re hardworking and genuinely seem to care about the people they serve, which makes a big difference.

For atmosphere, I’d give it a 3/5, mainly because of the location. Being on 17 Ave means it can feel a bit risky at night. That said, aside from that factor, the regular crowd is actually quite friendly and welcoming, which helps balance things out.

Overall, a solid spot with great staff—just something to keep in mind if you’re visiting later in the evening.“

“The staff was super attentive. I was in the cash line, which usually takes forever to be acknowledged at other locations, but not here. I was acknowledged the moment I walked up to the register, got my food within minutes. Quick and pleasant service. Inside was really clean and tidy too.“

The food was so good I had to make a review! The service was phenomenal shout out to the guy working 03-30 (10pm)! The place was clean and service was very fast.

The burger was the most beautiful Big Mac burger I’ve seen, perfectly sauced and layered! These guys were not shy! The cheese was also so perfect!!

The quarter pounder was such a nice beefy burger with the proper amount of onions and pickles and it was not slanted or destroyed!

The nuggets were amazing and the guy was very kind when I asked to switch my sauce. The nuggets were perfectly crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.

The fries were good for that time, some over cooked but it’s okay! This place satisfied my long craving !!“

“I decided to dine in at this McDonalds with my son. I am not normally a fan of Mc.D's but I was pleasantly surprised tonight. Although the staff pays much more attention to the drive thru (due to corporate structuring) they were all very pleasant and seemed to enjoy their work. “I’m reviewing this location based on what I expect from a McDonald’s, and it delivered exactly that. I ordered in advance using the app — the 50% off fries deal definitely helped lead my decision to order here — and arrived at the drive-thru where I gave my order code with no issues.

The worker at the first window was lovely and even thanked me for being pleasant and cheerful. The worker who handed me our items also offered napkins and was just as friendly.

We ordered fries, a Coke, and two ice cream cones, and everything was perfect — no complaints at all. We stopped here after swimming at Village Square, and it absolutely hit the spot to help us get home happy and fed.“

“I have ordered a dine in for 2 quater pounder or something in the McDonald's app. Took a couple of minutes but it was WORTH IT, The burger was really good the cheese still hot and just filled my mouth, BUT the fries oh my goodness, it felt it came out of the deep fryer hot, tasty but I didn't buy ketchup and mayo 😪

“Worst McD’s there is. 15 minutes for a curbside order of 2 McDoubles and some Nugs. Food was all cold by the time we got it. Not sure if I’ve ever had an order here that was made properly. Would give zero stars if I could. Sucks that there’s no other McD’s closer to go to instead.

Edit: I have to say that in the last year or so every experience I have had at this McDs has been way better. It went from being consistently bad to consistently really good. 👍 changed review from 1 star to 4“

“This location is usually great when I go and serves good hot food! The only problem I have had is last time I went and ordered just a chocolate milk shake in the drive-thru. I usually love a triple thick milkshake and had been looking forward to this treat. Unfortunately, when I received it, it had the consistency of chocolate milk and was very runny. I was sad to miss out on the thickness I had come to expect.“

the way one of the mangers treat the employees is honestly disgusting . he’s asian with glasses and i’ve only seen him and another older black gentleman who is nothing compared to this guy.
a grown man verbally talking down a literal TEEN!!! is appalling . especially when it’s coming to learning new drinks — i saw the entire interaction of the worker trying to
make one of the 7 new drinks that they just launched a few days ago, he was obviously struggling with the sequencing of how to construct the drink,

i could SEE the discomfort and fear in the employees eyes after being insulted by this one manager. and as a barista who has gone through basically identical interactions, i can tell you it makes you feel HORRIBLE to have a person above you verbally insult your abilities even when you make a small mistake .

“Our visit started with an error at the drive through - but they fixed it and were very kind. The manager (Grace) is very good at what she does. She was very kind and very good at her job. She admitted their error with no trouble and made it right. It's not very common to find good managers like this - the owner of this location should definitely give her a raise. “I was feeling quite hungry and decided to visit this McDonald’s location, the previous reviews highlighted that they were short staffed and the restaurant was often seen as messy.

I decided to give it a try anyway, and immediately I could see how more staff members would help, as there was a long line of people ordering and waiting for food while 2-3 people tried to fulfil the orders.

I ended up getting my food eventually but to find that my order was not completed properly, I requested for the correction and the staff promptly fixed their mistake.

6 burgers and a milkshake was just what I needed after a long day of shovelling, a good spot to dine in and enjoy some food“

“Hey, Tommy here! I just wanted to let my fellow Mcdonald’s enthusiasts know how my experience was here. Sadly I was not able to spend a lot of time, since I went to the drive-thru.

At the first window, I was able to meet a young gentleman named Ekam. Sweet and charming kid he is, reflects overall how fast food employees should be. I ordered for me and my hun where we spent around 30$. I moved up to the second window and I was given my food right away hot and ready.

I really enjoyed this McDonald’s, gives a sense of hope within the other ones around the city. Only things I’d hope for during my next visit is a happier mood within employees. For example, the young gentlemen Ekam could work on showing those pearly whites, even though he did incredible. This is for all the employees. Besides
