In the drive-thru, the staff are especially welcoming, with some employees bringing a cheerful energy to the experience. The atmosphere is inviting, and the food is consistently good, although there were times when the ketchup dispenser was out or the fryer oil was not fresh, which affected the quality of the nuggets. The restaurant is kid-friendly, but it has moved away from the fun play areas of the late 80s and 90s, focusing more on streamlined service. Despite this, the environment remains safe and pleasant for children. The staff, including standout employees like Khyla and Josh, contribute to a positive experience for customers every time they visit.
