Horrible experience every time.
We ordered thru the app for a curbside pickup. There isn’t even a proper curbside parking with numbered stalls so we weren’t sure where to stay. For an order of fried and mcflurry, it took a loooong time waiting outside.
Went in asking for a creamy Parmesan bacon burger, the lady looked at me like I was asking for a steak , instead of saying they don’t know how to do that she puts an order in for a quarter pounder blt , as I was waiting for my order a customer with not great English was trying to sort theirs out , the lady working rolled her eyes after not understanding and walked away. Where did any good customer service go? If you want what’s displayed don’t go to this McDonald’s.
