McDonald's in Okotoks

“I recently visited this location on Halloween day for lunch with my three kids, and despite the crowd, the service was top-notch. The manager, in particular, went above and beyond to make our experience special. As I was waiting for our order, he noticed I was juggling keeping an eye on my kids and waiting for our food. He kindly asked for our order number and told me to sit down with my kids, offering to bring our order over to the table. I was incredibly grateful for his kindness and attentiveness.

What really stood out was that he was doing the same for another family, showing that it wasn't just a one-time thing. His actions made a big difference to us, and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the great service he provided. If you're a manager like him, you're doing something right! We'll definitely be back!“

“The sign said, owned and operated by Mike since 2015. Well Mike, this restaurant seems to be operated better than most. The food is typical McDonald’s however they salted the hamburger way too much and that is very unusual for McDonald’s. Aside from that everything was pretty much to spec. Bathrooms were fully functional and clean. The drink fountains were good, thank you for keeping them in because some McDonald’s start to remove them. Dual catchup and napkin dispensers, which is a nice touch. Staff was friendly and professional, and Food look like the way it should.“

“I had a great experience during my visit. I ordered 2 medium coffees, a 10-piece nuggets meal, and medium fries, and everything was fresh, hot, and served quickly. ANIL provided excellent customer service — friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the visit. He made sure the order was correct and created a welcoming atmosphere.
